Take advantage of its luminosity and avoid the high number of dark "tube" apartments so widespread on the island. Its position in full curve of the access street makes possible a beautiful view of the sea from both the living room and the main terrace. Located in the third row they make it a quiet place from the hustle and bustle of the main avenue.

Puerto del Carmen war früher ein romantisches Fischerdorf und ist auch heute wohl der schönste Ort der Insel. Das Haus liegt an einer Privatstraße und ist von außen nicht einsehbar. Zum Strand sind es ca. 10 Gehminuten, ebenso zur Promenade mit Ihren Bars, Restaurants, Boutiquen etc.

Disfruta de las vistas de este alojamiento muy céntrico y recien reformado. Muy bien situado en un complejo turistico. Está a 2 minutos de las playas y de la avenida principal, donde hay un gran paseo peatonal y carril bicis. Hay restaurantes, bares y tiendas muy cercanos a menos de 1 minuto. Parada de autobus a 1 minuto y supermecados. En una segunda planta sin ascensor. Actualización de la ducha (más amplia y de mayor calidad) y del colchón.
