Casa Perinquén es un apartamento con encanto, situado en la zona sur de la isla, por lo que gozamos del mejor clima. Su ubicación es ideal, está a 6 minutos caminando de la playa, de la avenida marítima peatonal y de la zona de restaurantes. Estamos a unos 15mins caminando del centro del pueblo. Es un apartamento reformado, dentro de una edificación antigua, aportando así carácter y buena ubicación. Es ideal para relajarse, no hacer nada o para usarla de base para recorrer esta isla tan bonita.

Esta situada en una urbanización pequeña y con una piscina tranquila donde podréis bañaros todo el año( no está climatizada ) Esta situado en una zona de residentes muy tranquila, lejos de zonas de hoteles pero muy cerca de la playa y de supermercados (5 minutos caminando)
