The studio is on the 2nd floor and has an ocean view! We live the idea of caring for our world with all its beauty. We do not have heaters or air conditioning due to their high energy consumption. We also reuse construction materials for all projects!

The apartments are totally independent. They have a kitchenette and a private bathroom. For now, they don't have air conditioning, they only have ceiling fans and good natural ventilation.
