This is just a great place to stay. La Punta can be a busy place with a lot to offer - great food, a great beach, a super lively atmosphere - but this place makes all that accessible without being right in the middle of it. Tucked away at the end of the street, the place is really quiet. And once you arrive, you won't believe your good fortune. The house is really well designed, but the pool is the absolute highlight - a little oasis of cool and calm - with plenty of places to lounge about as the sun arcs across the sky. The bedrooms are equipped with both fans and air conditioning, which means you can rest assured that you will be able to adjust the temperature to your liking so you can get a good night's sleep. Brenda and Roman met us at the place, gave us a helpful tour, provided great recommendations, and were cheerful and responsive in the help they offered. And - if you go - don't miss La Casa del Surfer for breakfast, lunch, and awesome local vibes.

Simplesmente amamos a casa! Um bairro novo, em pleno desenvolvimento! Bairro tranquilo e seguro. Uma distância de 7 minutinhos de carro até Punta Zicatela. Para Puerto Escondido, cerca de 12 minutos. Uma ótima localização realmente! A casa me fez sentir na idade da pedra (período que me deslumbra!) com sua simplicidade e harmonia. Desfrutamos de cada espaço da casa. Tudo ótimo! Chuveiro, cama, toalhas super cheirosas!! Amamos! E se voltarmos Para Zicatela, já sabemos onde ficar! Super recomendo 💐

hosts ben and yvette were very kind, welcoming, and helpful... felt like home. the accommodations were excellent…private, safe, quiet, stunning views, and convenient location. beds were comfortable and clean with nice AC for sleeping. pool was maintained and cleaned before arrival and while onsite. we had an amazing time!

Maison ouvre toute proche de la plage, très agréable avec les arbres qui l’entourent et les 2 piscines disponibles (nos enfants ont adoré). On a adoré le hamac pour se reposer, les douches externes très agréable et les couchers de soleil visible de la terrasse. Ana Carolina a été très réactive et amicale. Logement nettoyé tous les jours. Il faut par contre une voiture pour aller à Zicatela ou Puerto Escondido où se trouvent resto/magasins. On entend aussi un peu des travaux en cours pendant la journée tout autour de la maison mais honnêtement cela ne nous a pas trop dérangé. Un très bel endroit pour prendre du bon temps.

It was a wonderful stay. Vaslav was extremely attentive and proactive. The house was very comfortable (even better that in the pictures) and perfectly located in a safe and quite area, within walking distance from la Punta Zicatela, where you’ll find restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend this house - Vaslav is an exceptional host. I would definitely come back again.

Teresa’s home was breathtaking. The modern architecture is elegant, clean, but still inviting and warm. The pool was the selling point for us, after a long day exploring Puerto Escondido it was so nice to take a cool dip. Of course the best part about this home is the location! It was a very short walk into town and we rarely needed a taxi. Teresa as a host was phenomenal. She helped arrange a shuttle from the airport, answered any questions we had very promptly, and put us in touch with a taxi service that was only a text message away. This was an amazing first visit to Puerto Escondido and I can only hope to stay here again the next time.

Had a wonderful time at Ibai's home. Having a private yard and pool for this price was an unbeatable steal. A quite little oasis two streets from the beach and one street away from a charming and lively strip of restaurants, bars and entertainment (all while being perfectly tucked away in a quiet little nook). So quiet and relaxing, yet right in the thick of all La Punta has to offer. Friendly, accommodating host and a sweetheart of a house keeper. Everything was perfection. I will be back!

Exceptionally cozy and truly feels like home. The location is fantastic, safe and just a short walk to the beach, offering a genuine local vibe. Silvia is an outstanding host-- thoughtful, generous, and always ready to help. She really goes the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. As someone working remotely, I appreciated the reliable and steady internet connection. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Wonderful vacation. Amazing views. Can't say enough positive things about Katrin and her beautiful home. Very cozy place with open balconies, while appreciating the history of the building. If the nightly swim doesn't cool you off, the AC helps tremendously! We will definitely return to this location.

Absolutely perfect. Awesome location within walking distance to Main Street and beach but further enough away that you didn’t notice any noise. Accommodation itself was stunning and well presented.

Súper excelente la ubicación y la casa súper cómoda para toda la familia

Nuestra estadía en el alojamiento de Santiago y Pauline fue simplemente perfecta. Desde el primer momento nos hicieron sentir como en casa: ambos son increíblemente simpáticos y atentos, siempre disponibles para ayudar con una sonrisa. El lugar es precioso, decorado con muchísimo cariño y buen gusto —se nota que cada detalle fue pensado con el corazón. Además, la persona que ayuda con el desayuno, la limpieza y todo lo relacionado con la casa fue un verdadero encanto: muy amable, siempre presente y súper apoyante. Las camas son súper cómodas, todo estaba impecablemente limpio y la ubicación es ideal. No tenemos absolutamente nada negativo que decir. Recomiendo este lugar al 100%, y sin duda volveríamos. ¡Gracias por una experiencia inolvidable!

Tuvimos una experiencia increíble. Nos lo pasamos genial; Luciana fue siempre muy amable, atenta y dispuesta a ayudar en todo momento. Además, respondía con mucha rapidez, lo cual se agradece. La casa es espectacular, cómoda y con todo lo necesario para disfrutar al máximo. Lo único a tener en cuenta es la ubicación: está a unos 40 minutos de Zicatela, por lo que nos movíamos en taxi constantemente. Aun así, el lugar y la atención hicieron que valiera totalmente la pena. ¡Sin duda nos habríamos quedado mucho más tiempo! :)

We really enjoyed our stay. Wendy and Nadia gave excellent instructions including photos to help with entry. The pool was lovely, well kept and refreshing on a hot day; Wendy and Nadia were very responsive with any questions. We enjoyed being just 2-3 blocks from the stairs to Manzanillo beach! My teenage boys loved scrambling on the rocks and tide pools as well as doing battle with the waves. The beach had 2 lifeguards at all times as well as lovely umbrellas and chairs to relax in, food and drink. Thank you for a lovely stay and vacation!

Casa super limpia! cada cuarto tenia su baño completo. Cuartos bastante limpios. La alberca esta muy agradable para pasar el rato, asi como el resto de las instalaciones!!

Very relaxing house with easy access to the beach. The pool is amazing and we were able to fully relax during our stay. I will return here in the future. The host and staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Recomiendo ampliamente esta propiedad, tiene absolutamente todo lo necesario para disfrutar de tu estadía. Es un lugar muy tranquilo y lejos del bullicio. El personal de la casa hizo hasta lo imposible para que estuviéramos cómodos. Definitivamente lo recomiendo si lo que quieres es relajarte y disfrutar de un buen rato
