Holiday rentals with a patio in Puerto Nuevo, Gobernador Piñero

Great place, good for 2 people to stay. It was last minute for us. We only needed a place for a few hours and it was perfect.

My stay here was very welcoming very peaceful and quiet felt at home I was there for 20 days and almost didn’t want to leave the bed is so comfy it almost consumes you all together 10/10 location is great it’s close to a lot gas station around the corner bank for the atm right there the beach are 8-10 mins away loved it

We absolutely loved the place. The view was amazing, it was close by to almost everything. Security was around so it made us feel safe in the little town. The beach was right around us, it was beautiful.

This was my second year staying here and I loved it and I’m already excited to be able to stay here next year.( With God’s grace) I love the privacy and being able to have a place to relax besides where you sleep is def a bonus to me. I love going upstairs and having breakfast in the area that they have available. It truly is an amazing place to stay plus, you can find anywhere very easily from the location. I love it most definitely recommend.

In All Honesty This Place was a GREAT stay, wether you’re using a rental or uber to get around (which we did) its super cheap! The place was super clean it was me my husband and our baby she provided a playpen for us to use washer and dryer were very convenient only thing water pressure all around puerto rico is not that great .

I had a great time at this place. It was the perfect spot to stay for a few days and it was not far from other attractions. It was a safe neighborhood and we enjoyed the breakfast spot that is right beneath the apartment. I definitely would come back!!

A friend & I stayed for a few days in San Juan & it was amazing, the apartment is cozy and feels just like home. The amenities are great & looks exactly as listed. Hilcia was so kind and responsive about any questions we had! Thank you for everything! We can’t wait to come back 😊

We were very excited for our weekend trip and Erin’s house was exactly as shown. We were very close to great bars and restaurants, historic sites to see and so much more. The house was easy to find at night, we rarely had to look at any street signs, when walking home… head towards the governors mansion and turn right. It was a great place to unwind after a long day. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Erin!

We had a terrific stay in this beautiful home. Everything was so convenient and the pool was very relaxing! We would definitely recommend this home to anyone and would love to come back and visit again sometime!

Hey! Had a great time here. It was nice and the place had everything you needed on site. It was a little far for my taste but beyond that it was great experience.

Grisselle was very accommodating and let us go in the home 30 mins before check in, she was very quick to respond to make sure we were comfortable, and the pool was our favorite to swim in after a long day out exploring. It's close to old San Juan, beaches, restaurants, ect. There were a few nights it was a bit noisy due to motorbikes driving by but there was a door that lead to the rooms that closed to help block the noise. Highly recommended this place.

Si quieres descansar, amas los lugares tranquilos y silenciosos y quieres tener unos anfitriones amables y atentos... NO ESPERES PARA RESERVAR! Este apartamento es una joya oculta en Puerto Rico! Parking en la propiedad, WiFi...Televisor! Cocina espaciosa que más te puede hacer falta? 🤗 Bueno ya se... quedarte aquí 🤣!!! SEPÁRALO YAAA!!!!!

Luis Alberto and Jessica’s place was absolutely beautiful and incredibly peaceful. If you’re looking for a secluded escape, this is the perfect spot — tucked away in nature with a stunning view that took our breath away every day. The setting was serene and quiet, ideal for unwinding and disconnecting. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to relax and enjoy a bit of tranquility.

Tania was a truly exceptional host. She was incredibly helpful and accommodating. She was also very responsive which made things easier. The property was impeccably clean and well-equipped, and I felt right at home. The apartment is just as described in the pictures and everything is near by which was a great thing. I highly recommend and the area is very beautiful too.

Everything was great, location.. the only thing i didn’t like is the apartment didn’t have a parking spot designated, it was very inconvenient..

This apartment made our stay in Old San Juan so much better. It was central to everything and so easy to walk to everything. I highly recommend this location to anyone wanting to be in the center of everything. The hosts was extremely welcoming and helpful for us to drop off our luggage and local food recommendations. I would definitely book again!

Very responsive. Instructions were clear and accurate. Place was clean and exactly as described. Very roomy, plenty of closet space, mirrors and great natural light. Only had 2 staying in the room but 4 could stay comfortably. Great location very close to beaches, shopping, food and night life. Walkable area. Only area that could use improvement would be the pool maintenance/cleanliness. Water was clear just needed to be skimmed and vacuumed. I reached out with concerns and it was taken care of the next day. I would stay here again.

Milly saved our trip by letting us last minute book with her after an unexpected experience at another air bnb! The condo was located in an awesome location where we enjoyed waking up and seeing the beautiful water. Also the space was very comfortable, clean, and located in a convenient space near local stores, restaurants, and the highway. Definitely will ask Milly to stay with her again!
