Miguel was always very responsive and helpful. He had an amazing home with loving neighbors and the outside patio where the pool, grill table and lounge chairs was very clean. Very spacious to have great time with your family and friends. 5stars all around. Really great guy. It’s no wonder why he is a rare find.

This home was extremely comfortable for our family of 5. Our young kids loved the bedrooms, the toys, and hammock. The place was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We greatly appreciated the children’s books and toys. The only down side was that we couldn’t have guests come over to the house for dinner/breakfast or to chat. Since we were in PR visiting family, the no visitors rule was a huge downside for us that we didn’t notice when we booked the Airbnb. So just be aware no one can enter the house that is not included in the reservation.

Neighbourhood looked local. The apartment was small but there were only two of us so it was fine. Seems OK for 3 people. It's just as the pic with comfortable furniture and kitchen amenities. The shower cubicle is small but ok. I was mostly there at night to sleep and it was great as a crash pad. another noisy at all. Nothing really in walkable distance so rent a car or be prepared to pay for uber. I don't mind staying again. Host is very responsive.

This home that we stayed in was comfortable for everyone that stayed there peaceful place! The person in charge is always there to answer our questions. I recommended that the kitchen be better equipped with mixing bowls and cookware.! other than that at the house met all our expectations!

My friends and I were visiting for a concert and Alex & Diana's house was perfect! location was nearby to major nightlife places and everything was a short Uber ride. We found amazing places walking distance from the home. Definitely recommend staying in their lovely home.

Incredibly kind and helpful host! She really went out of her way to help us out with an issue with important packages we had sent to the place, allowed us to check-out late & early as needed, and even had some waters & yogurts in the fridge for us when we arrived. The house is well equipped with everything you need for your stay. Plenty of towels, goggles for the beach, a beach bag, and she even came to lend us an umbrella when we got some heavy rainfall. The place is walking distance to the beach & Calle Loiza with lots of great restaurants & cafes nearby; we felt safe but be careful walking alone late at night. We enjoyed our stay very much. This Airbnb is as wonderful . Perfect location only 10 minutes away from major tourist attractions. Great for getting to experience San Juan without having to deal with the traffic everyday. The host was super responsive and was quick to answer any questions

Samuel was very communicative & straight forward with his rules which were respected. TH e house was super clean & beautiful for all my friends to stay. very Very thankful that he let us stay till our flight left which was in the afternoon. Great house, great host & great communication

This Airbnb was everything we hoped for and more! The location couldn’t have been better just steps from the beach and surrounded by tons of great restaurants. It made everything super convenient, whether we wanted a beach day or a night out. The apartment itself was spotless and felt very welcoming. The pool was the perfect size ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach and never too crowded. One of our favorite parts was the balcony, which had a gorgeous view and was the perfect spot for morning coffee or a sunset wind down. Our host was truly fantastic, friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and comfortable stay. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

I came here for a solo getaway and it was absolutely perfect. The views were both immaculate, day and night, and Rosemary’s place was exactly as described. It was clean, modern, comfortable, and beautiful. Will definitely be booking again!

I had a great experience staying at this condo! It’s just a quick 15-minute Uber ride from the airport, and the check-in process was smooth with clear instructions. Security was friendly and helpful, explaining the building rules and assisting with elevator access. The condo was well equipped, I really appreciated the beach towels, chairs, and cooler, which made beach days super convenient. The location is excellent: walking distance to the beach, casinos, bars, restaurants, and both Walgreens and CVS. Uber pick-ups and drop-offs were easy, and getting to Old San Juan only took about 10–15 minutes and cost around $10. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone considering a trip to the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful clean condo with a great view from the balcony and bedroom window. Bed was huge and comfy, as was the couch. Lots of useful beach amenities like sunscreen, aloe, chairs, lots of beach towels and cooler. Market across the street was just okay, would recommend walking a few minutes further to the Pueblo supermarket instead, but many other walkable shops and restaurants. Beach access was very nice and never too crowded to get a good spot to set up. Pool was refreshing as well. The complex itself was very safe secure and private.

The host was super friendly and easy to communicate with. He was very flexible with our traveling schedule (checked in early & checked out late). The place is very spacious and very clean. Great Airbnb at my Happy Place - Puerto Rico. Welcoming and serene Airbnb. Great location on the Beach and very accessible to restaurants, bars, pharmacies and entertainment. Most things to do are an Uber ride away (inexpensive). Gerardo y Onar were flexible with check-in (allowed to get in a little early), which made my stay more enjoyable. Very responsive and proactive. The space is beautiful and a really wonderful place to spend time in! The pool is refreshing and the bedrooms are comfortable and spacious ! Overall a fantastic experience to stay !

Great home and matched the pictures ! Perfect for a group of friends or couples. The house is like 3 separate units which gives everyone privacy. Denn’s did a great job communicating and provided local suggestions. Definitely will stay here when I return to PR!

Would definitely stay here again! Our flight landed early and we were able to store our luggage until the room was ready. The room was ready early and she allowed us to check in early, which we were grateful for. The place is very nice and homey. I like the separation of the bed and the living room space. We were worried about the glass bathroom door, but they provided a cover so we could shower in peace. The place is very affordable and walkable to a ton of restaurants, shops, coffee shops, and the Walgreens is across the street. In addition, the beach is a short 7 min walk and it’s very calm and private which we loved. She also provided chairs so we could bring to the beach. Rebecca was always responsive and accommodating.

Our stay at Miguel’s place was extraordinary. Miguel is very responsive and always willing to proactively meet your needs as a guest. Our stay was related to needing a place in the area for my mother’s funeral and I could not have felt at a better place. He made sure that We felt right at home. I would 100 % recommend Miguel’s place.

I loved staying here! There are so many amazing places to eat around and the place was spotless. I loved the house! It was gorgeous and true to what is promised.

This place was so incredibly peaceful and beautiful. It was amazing to be surrounded by nature while still being centrally located! I am so grateful for this sweet space, it was the perfect spot to stay!
