It has been renovated to a modern standard but still has some of its original charm, like rustic wood floors and handmade kitchen cabinets. We are situated within a five-minute walk to a private beach and a five-minute drive to Pugwash, you will be well-positioned to enjoy all that the North Shore of Nova Scotia has to offer!

Private Hot Tub River Retreat

The “Kenzie B” cottage is a newly built cottage with unique features throughout like a sliding steel barn door, a steel shower and old barn beams along the ceiling. The covered veranda off the front of the cottage provides you with stunning views of the tidal river and a private hot tub overlooks the river as well. Swim, boat, float, whatever you wish, the river awaits! We also have a motorized floating picnic table for rent if you'd like to explore the river some more.

It is a great place to stay if you enjoy kayaking, fishing or boating as there is a boat launch just minutes away.
