Please note that the backyard is accessed by a flight of stairs off the dining room deck.

The private apartment is attached to our townhouse and has a separate entrance with street parking right in front. When you enter, you will go up a lucky 18 steps to the open living and kitchenette area. It has a queen sleeper sofa, dining table and TV. The bedroom has a queen size bed and the bathroom has a tub/shower combo and large walk-in closet.

Welcome to the Hillcrest Hideaway, our sweet backyard carriage house located in the Historic Hillcrest area of Little Rock. This charming and safe home is within a 15 minute walking distance of many restaurants and shopping, as well as UAMS hospital and War Memorial Stadium. Downtown is a 5 minute drive, or if traveling without a car, a $6 Uber ride.
