It can comfortably accommodate 7 occupants for a comfortable sleep with 3 bathrooms, 1 living hall + dining, kitchen, spacious tiled porch and backyard. This taman is new and on reserved Malay land so most of the residents are Malay. Surau is a walking distance from the unit.
