We had a great time! The kids loved the swimming pool and we felt very safe during our stay thanks to the friendly security guards always on premises. The shopping centre on the ground floor was an unexpected bonus! Easy access to all we needed. The place is not in the city centre but a very short commute by grab made it easy and enjoyable. Great view from the balcony. A nice place, we would go back if travelling there again. The host also provided everything we needed for our stay, overall I recommend. Please note that the beach nearby is not for swimming and not clean, please note that if you want to book and want to spend time on the beach.

The apartment was newly renovated with a smart home in design. We are impressed with the lightings in the house, electric curtains and kitchen appliances etc. In our opinion, this apartment would score perfect 10 if the projector tv just be a smart tv (unable to watch clearly under dim lighting, unlike tv - apps not user friendly) & the water purifier be easier to operate (no water - always prompt need to clean & top up). Having said that, it was not a complaint. We have a great time staying at the place. Recommended to all, especially family with kids.

things I loved about the Airbnb- location: r&f is walkable from CIQ. for this particular block,just need to take lift to 8A and cross the bridge to go where the main r&f mall is to buy stuff. view: unblocked sea view is really a bonus! clean: the place is really clean, they also put in effort to make the place and the stuff smell nice. like the towels, pillow cases, they all have a light fragrance. projector: they have a projector on top of a TV. really nice to just lie on the bed/sofa and netflix.

Absolutely wonderful apartment that Zack has! We love everything about it, from the ease of checking-in, friendliness of the guards, security of the place, the spotless and spacious apartment, the amazing view to the serenity and quietness offered by the area ❤️ Things that also stand out to us are how responsive, helpful and flexible Zack was with the checking-in as I was not too mobile and needed a place to settle in earlier. The collection of keys and card are right at the security guardhouse, making things so much easier for access in and out of the building during our stay. The visitor carpark lots are located on ground level and P5 of the condo. Although the ground level lots are usually full, navigating the carpark is a breeze (we have came across a lot more convoluted carparks or carparks with super tight spaces in our other stays). Most importantly, parking felt super safe and secure. Our family enjoyed our stay at Zack’s place tremendously and will definitely be back again! ?

The place was so cosy, we wished we stayed longer! Everything was exactly like the pictures and kept really clean. The host is really responsive and clear with their instructions on how to check-in and check-out. The location is also really ideal. Highly recommend!

We appreciated the small details of the place: passcode access to both the mailbox and our apartment, which was more convenient than keys, and the two bottles of water provided. The host was also very accommodating with additional requests, such as adjusting check-in and check-out times.

Great atmosphere and place. Cosy as well. A little bit inconvenient if walking is main mode of transport, but with the wonderful amenities and security provided, it was definitely worth it.

Staying at Goodlife Homestay was an absolute pleasure! The property is beautifully maintained, clean, and thoughtfully furnished with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. 💯 recommended!

Catie is an amazing host, very friendly, and fast responses to anything one needs. The place was very well taken care of and provided everything one needs, I highly recommend it!

Easy and clear instructions from Catie. She even called me a day earlier to inform me that there’s a water disruption on the day of my check out. Appreciate the effort made. Was given a bigger apartment but 2 other rooms were locked as we are only a family of 4. Apartment was huge. Location is only a stone throw away from CIQ. Many food stalls nearby if you’re driving. The only downsides are noises from the vehicles downstairs as apartment was just right beside CIQ. Jacuzzi tub wasn’t clean as the jet blows out residues. Maybe due to previous home stayers using bath bombs. We ended up not utilising it. It was too warm to sit in the balcony as there are 4 aircon condensers. Checking in and out was hassle free. Catie was kind enough to keep us updated throughout. Will come back again next time. Thank you Catie!

I had a very comfortable stay here. The place is well maintained and clean, with everything I needed for a smooth visit. The location is excellent—very convenient for getting around. The host was exceptionally responsive and helpful, especially regarding the lift issue, which Lynette is clearly aware of and managing attentively. Would definitely recommend!

Great place for the price, good location, close to food and shops. Fast WIFI, clean house, many facilitates. Extremely close to CIQ. My friends and I really enjoyed staying there. For the price I paid I am more that satisfied with what was offered and I would be happy to recommend this place to others. Would visit again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 I had a fantastic stay. The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, and in a safe, quiet neighborhood. specially appreciated the little touches like they do provide toothbrush (which i forgot to bring 😆) I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thanks again for being such a great host!

Convenient location, just across from Komtar JBCC and walking distance to lots of good food. Check-in/Check-out instructions were clear and the host was quick with replies. Apartment is clean and cosy, free of clutter and has everything you need. Would recommend!

Uncle Paul is a magnificent host with great amenities in his apartment. Easiest check in by far compared to the traditional mailbox collection style. Area is nice and chilly and i will defo come bk here!

Rory’s place was an ideal respite for our family. The location was ideal, near our favourite restaurants and easy to get to anywhere. Listing and instructions were all as stated. Rory and Jack ensured that our inquiries were responded to. Comfy place for our family of 6 to rest, play and unwind.

We had a wonderful time at this Airbnb! The unit was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day out. One of the highlights was the beautifully designed interior, with a great theme. Everything was well thought out, and the host made the entire experience smooth and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again!
