The house is cozy and spacious, with drinking water provided. However, as a mom of two babies and a clean freak, I found the bathroom quite dirty—there were soap stains on the walls, and the grout was blackened. I also suspect the main door frame had termites, as bits of decayed wood kept falling to the floor, which we had to sweep often to keep our babies safe. The kitchen is very nice, and the rooms are squeaky clean. However, there were no cabinets or storage spaces for clothes and luggage, and nowhere to hang clean clothes in the rooms. Still, we had a good stay overall. If given the chance, we’d definitely book this place again. The hosts are very responsive, present when needed, and provide clear instructions. This was my second time booking one of Tatiana Roses’s places—last year and again this year—and both experiences were great.

We had a spontaneous trip with old colleagues who have become friends and family. We enjoyed our stay at Grace’s place. My friends arrived an hour earlier than the check-in time, but the caretaker still allowed them in. The caretaker was friendly and we had no issues with the check-in. The rooms and beds were clean. The kitchen had all the basic essentials and drinking water was also provided. Four cars fit in the parking area and we even enjoyed the pool at 3 AM. It was nice that the kitchen was adjacent to or near the pool because that’s where we hung out to chill. The only problem we encountered was the road going to the place but it was mentioned in the listing that it’s better suited for SUVs. Still, we had one sedan and it managed just fine. Also, we were given extra hour to stay after check out time for free. But sadly I didn't notice the message sooner. But overall, we had fun :)

We had a great experience at Arriane’s place! It’s nice, cozy, and well-maintained — perfect for intimate gatherings or small events. The host was very responsive and accommodating, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommended!

We celebrated my Mom and Grandma's birthday here, and it was such a lovely experience! The place is peaceful, calming, and incredibly well-maintained. Everything was spotless, and the air conditioning was super cold—perfect for relaxing. Ms. Merlyn and Kuya Ivan were very accommodating and responsive to all my inquiries. As a sweet surprise, they even gave us some delicious baked goods before we checked out. It was a short but memorable staycation—definitely time well spent! I would absolutely come back and highly recommend this place to others!

We very much enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable home with good furniture and comfortable beds. Quiet and secure. We would definitely recommend Jannet’s place and will look to stay there again if we’re back this way.

Our family had a great time at Nico’s place. The place was very nice, clean, quiet and private. The place have everything you need to make your stay comfortable. They have complete amenities in the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. It was better than a hotel stay, so I highly recommend staying here. We’ll definitely come back! Nice cozy peaceful stay, the host was always available and responded to any questions I had. Comfortable bed, good wifi, nice looking swimming pool although i didn’t get a chance to use the pool. I would definitely stay again

We held our team-building event at this property and had a fantastic time! The place is well-equipped with plenty of amenities, so there were lots of activities to enjoy. Both the host and the caretaker were very helpful and responsive, making our stay smooth and enjoyable.

We only stayed 1 night bec we attended a concert at the Ph Arena. Robeley was flexible with our early check in request bec we overestimated the time travel and we had nowhere to go to. The place was so clean, Mary the caretaker was already there to greet us and show us around. Overall, great value for money. We had a restful, relaxing sleep and stay. Thank you!

Hazel was an exceptional host! She provided clear instructions for seamless check-in and check-out. The house felt cozy and welcoming, and our kids had a blast in the pool. The air conditioning throughout the house ensured a comfortable stay. While there were a few minor areas for improvement, such as adding sponges for dishes and extra pots for reheating food, these were negligible compared to the overall excellent experience we had. We're grateful for Hazel's hospitality and would highly recommend this stay! Thank you so much!

Responsive and Accommodating

We had a great stay on this place and the host is very nice, she accomodated our request to checkin early with no fee. The location is near Philippine Arena around 20minutes travel time via tricycle. House is just beside sari-sari store but one ride to go to fast food chains but not bad and the fare of tricycle are okay too (hindi sobrang mahal). The rooms are clean and mabilis lumamig. - the only thing we didnt like is mejo amoy kulob yung kusina and bathroom. sa bathroom - maybe because dahil sa drainage and I noticed na walang drain sa side ng toilet kaya nag pile-up yung water on that side kaya nag-amoy kulob. - sa kusina, amoy yung mop and amoy lumang cabinet but its fine. Also, it would be better if theres air diffuser (yung mabango) - dahil dun sa amoy kulob we sprayed nalang pabango. Pero overall, those thinsg didnt bother our stay, siguro for improvement. we had a nice stay pa din naman.

The place is recommended to everyone who needs peaceful staycation and quiet place to ponder. We booked his place because it is near in Phil Arena because we will watch the SB19 concert, so far, we never experienced hassle and traffic from coming and back at his place. Alan has his own parking so you will never get stressed where to park your car. Furbabies are welcome in his unit but make sure to diapers your furbabies to avoid messing the place. I hope next time there will be trashcan in the kitchen separated with the bathroom. Also, there is no microwave in his unit but there is a rangehood and induction cooker to heat or cook your own food, overall, the place is good and we will book again longer next time. I’d love to commend the following: - The whole Airbnb is Air conditioned. - They are very responsive & helpful. - Wifi is fast, TV Apps has subscriptions, and working speakers + microphone. - Squeaky Clean in first floor - Many rooms & has a balcony. - CareTaker is really helpful & knowledgeable (take note, she’s new but will do anything she can to assist) A few downsides that the owner can improve on: - Some linens have visible blood stain - Water is poor (even the pool. It has strong chlorine/zonrox? idk. It will make your hair dry) That’s it. I think if you are looking for a place to stay/chill with your small barkada, I’ll recommend the place! Since it has all that you’ll need. But if you are looking for a resort, and all of you will swim.. You might want to check another bnb. But overall, our stay is enjoyable & unforgettable. The price is actually a great deal! Especially if you are going to consider all the amenities that you’ll get :)

This was my second time staying here, and it was just as wonderful as the first, if not better! The place was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. All the Host is always so welcoming and responsive specially miss Bianca, which makes the whole experience seamless. It really felt like a home away from home. Looking forward to coming back again!
