The house is cozy and spacious, with drinking water provided. However, as a mom of two babies and a clean freak, I found the bathroom quite dirty—there were soap stains on the walls, and the grout was blackened. I also suspect the main door frame had termites, as bits of decayed wood kept falling to the floor, which we had to sweep often to keep our babies safe. The kitchen is very nice, and the rooms are squeaky clean. However, there were no cabinets or storage spaces for clothes and luggage, and nowhere to hang clean clothes in the rooms. Still, we had a good stay overall. If given the chance, we’d definitely book this place again. The hosts are very responsive, present when needed, and provide clear instructions. This was my second time booking one of Tatiana Roses’s places—last year and again this year—and both experiences were great.

We had a great experience at Arriane’s place! It’s nice, cozy, and well-maintained — perfect for intimate gatherings or small events. The host was very responsive and accommodating, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommended!

We celebrated my Mom and Grandma's birthday here, and it was such a lovely experience! The place is peaceful, calming, and incredibly well-maintained. Everything was spotless, and the air conditioning was super cold—perfect for relaxing. Ms. Merlyn and Kuya Ivan were very accommodating and responsive to all my inquiries. As a sweet surprise, they even gave us some delicious baked goods before we checked out. It was a short but memorable staycation—definitely time well spent! I would absolutely come back and highly recommend this place to others!

We very much enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable home with good furniture and comfortable beds. Quiet and secure. We would definitely recommend Jannet’s place and will look to stay there again if we’re back this way.

Our family had a great time at Nico’s place. The place was very nice, clean, quiet and private. The place have everything you need to make your stay comfortable. They have complete amenities in the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. It was better than a hotel stay, so I highly recommend staying here. We’ll definitely come back! We held our team-building event at this property and had a fantastic time! The place is well-equipped with plenty of amenities, so there were lots of activities to enjoy. Both the host and the caretaker were very helpful and responsive, making our stay smooth and enjoyable.

The rooms were spacious, the pool was well-maintained, and the resort offered a peaceful retreat just an hour + from Manila. Ms. Chloey, our fantastic host, recommended a reliable caterer and an extra room, which was a great idea. She was responsive and made the entire process seamless. She even took the time to visit us during our stay to greet us and ensure everything was to our satisfaction. I’d love to commend the following: - The whole Airbnb is Air conditioned. - They are very responsive & helpful. - Wifi is fast, TV Apps has subscriptions, and working speakers + microphone. - Squeaky Clean in first floor - Many rooms & has a balcony. - CareTaker is really helpful & knowledgeable (take note, she’s new but will do anything she can to assist) A few downsides that the owner can improve on: - Some linens have visible blood stain - Water is poor (even the pool. It has strong chlorine/zonrox? idk. It will make your hair dry) That’s it. I think if you are looking for a place to stay/chill with your small barkada, I’ll recommend the place! Since it has all that you’ll need. But if you are looking for a resort, and all of you will swim.. You might want to check another bnb. But overall, our stay is enjoyable & unforgettable. The price is actually a great deal! Especially if you are going to consider all the amenities that you’ll get :)

Definitely worth your money!

Hazel was an exceptional host! She provided clear instructions for seamless check-in and check-out. The house felt cozy and welcoming, and our kids had a blast in the pool. The air conditioning throughout the house ensured a comfortable stay. While there were a few minor areas for improvement, such as adding sponges for dishes and extra pots for reheating food, these were negligible compared to the overall excellent experience we had. We're grateful for Hazel's hospitality and would highly recommend this stay! Thank you so much!

Responsive and Accommodating

Although the price per stay is cheap, the unit is beautiful and clean. We were able to relax and truly felt at home. I highly recommend this place for your staycation, and I’m also willing to book again.

The place is so quiet. We really enjoyed our stay at Dobbie House hosted by Regina, she is a great host. She provided us free bottled water and toiletries. Great place to stay. Regie and Rina are very responsive. Highly recommended.

I stayed at this property for almost three weeks, and I highly recommend it for long-term stays. The place was incredibly clean, which made it feel like a true home away from home. I appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including shampoo and body wash, as well as the supply of drinkable water—such a nice touch! The washer worked perfectly, and there was even a clothesline bar outside the balcony, which was perfect for drying my laundry. The internet connection was also excellent—fast and stable. Toria was an exceptional host, always very responsive and frequently checking in to ensure that everything was going smoothly and that I had everything I needed. Her attention to detail and genuine care made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this is a fantastic place for anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free long-term stay!

This was my second time staying here, and it was just as wonderful as the first, if not better! The place was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. All the Host is always so welcoming and responsive specially miss Bianca, which makes the whole experience seamless. It really felt like a home away from home. Looking forward to coming back again!

Stayed for 2 weeks and felt so much at home and welcomed. Ma’am Tina and Kier were great hosts. Communications were great, both very responsive and would go out of their way to help. The place is exactly as described, it got all we need and also clean! We were also allowed to use the kitchen and do laundry on the main house. There were so many stores outside this listing like food stalls, coffee and tea pop-ups, water refilling station, pharmacy etc. Ma’am Tina would also send us food which I appreciate so much. I didn’t get to experience that before. Thanks so much Ma’am Tina, Kier and family for hosting us. Will definitely be back. I wish you all the best :)
