On the Santa Elena peninsula and near the beautiful Punta Blanca beach. The property has solar lamps with motion detectors outside (at the entrance) and throughout the yard, so if the power is cut in the sector, this property will remain illuminated outside at the entrance and throughout the yard. Security cameras are also solar. We also have a solar heating system for the pool. The shower is heated by gas.
