La casa è in un parco familiare ,con vista mozzafiato sul golfo di Salerno e sulla spettacolare spiaggia di Marina di vietri , facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in 15 minuti . La villa è su un solo livello , non ci sono scale ed è circondata da un ampio terrazzo con vista mare da ogni angolazione della casa,sembra di essere su una nave . Dal terrazzo si accede a un ampio giardino provvisto di sedie e poltrone e vicino la villa è possibile parcheggiare l’auto .
