This place was absolutely beautiful and amazing! It was clean and plenty of space for me and my family! We love the view and would recommend this to anyone coming to Rincon for a vacation!

As advertised or even better. This little place offers a very authentic Puerto Rico experience. If you're seeking an ice cold room with a big screen tv, look elsewhere. If you crave simplicity and proximity to the natural beauty, this is your place. The view on the patio is amazing. I could never tire of breakfast with that sunrise view. Alex, the host, is very responsive and very kind.

Came to PR during the island wide blackout and the property was 100% equipped to handle it. The generator powered AC units in each room that cooled within minutes and we were super comfy/cool our entire stay, even with no island power! We had lights, microwave and fridge/freezer all with generator! They also have a water tank so showers were also available. Marta was AMAZING with her instantaneous communication with us. I had extra questions to help us navigate the blackout and she responded immediately. The little touches like the cooler, beach chairs, fins and snorkels and adorable beach towels for our use were so helpful. You can walk to Red Flamboyan restaurant which was delicious and you can walk down the hill to a beautiful beach that’s almost a hidden gem - way less populated than other beaches we visited. Also by that walkable beach is a delicious taco stand for lunch! Close to everything- downtown w shops and restaurants about 10 minutes by car. Everything was super clean!

Allison's house was amazing. It was bigger than it even looked in the pictures and the backyard was our favorite place to hang out. It was very private and the pool was amazing. My daughter loved the waterfalls into the pool. The beaches and restuarants were right down the road and the main town Square was a very short drive away. Our hot water was not working 1 day and a maintenance person was there not long after to fix it. We would definitely stay here again. Perfect for families with a lot of activities and games throughout the property.

Beautiful place and location, spent most nights on the rooftop. The house came with everything we needed. The house is located in a peaceful location but close to the action. Lots of great restaurants and beaches close by.

Absolutely amazing! Everything was perfect for my family of four. We had an amazing experience at Carmen's place and look forward to staying there again the next time we are in Rincon! The location was perfect and close to surfing spots, shopping and restaurants. Beautiful views, peaceful neighborhood, and a wonderful breeze at night (we never needed the A/C- ceiling fans were perfect!). Again, the perfect place to stay. We hope to stay here again the next time we are in Rincon- which is hopefully soon!

What a fantastic airbnb! Once we arrived, there were clear instructions to getting inside and Ian left a plethora of local recommendations. There is an AC unit in both the living room and bedroom, which are very powerful. The shower had strong water pressure and the drawers were stocked with necessary item's; cotton balls, extra toothbrushes, disposable razors, aloe. There were nice beach chairs and snorkeling gear to make heading to the beach a breeze. There are ocean views from the back porch and living room windows. We stayed for one month and would definitely book again!

Juliette was the perfect host, helping us get coffee filters and made sure everything was perfect, and had great suggestions. She even offered up her surfboard and surfboard rack to help out efforts. The space is amazing, overlooking the ocean and many many beautiful fruit trees. Perfect location to all of Rincon’s best spots while still being tucked away.

Host was very quick to take my call to guide us to the correct location.

Came with a group of friends for a trip. Amazing place to stay. Literally right on the beach and it was beautiful. The check in was super easy and everyone there was super responsive. Much more of a chill/private vibe. Highly recommend and 100% will be back.

the views were breathtaking, Aria’s place was CLEAN, bath towels were amazing! You can walk from the beach to Tamboo restaurant. The food there was fantastic! I will come back and stay here again next time! This airbnb is worth every penny. We originally booked for one night in Rincón, but after arriving we had to book an extra night. We fell in love with the location!

We had a wonderful stay at VillaNicky! Everything was perfect from the house, to the location, to the amenities. Marco has everything you’ll need for your vacation and is extremely helpful with local recommendations. The location of VillaNicky is wonderful - a 10 min walk to our favourite restaurant, Casa Islena (our kids could swim while we enjoyed breakfast) and Sandy Beach for boogie boarding. We loved everything about Rincón and VillaNicky. We’ll be back for sure!

This was my second time renting from Adam but in a different unit. The location is perfect - close to the beach, several places to eat, and a couple of markets for necessities and souvenirs. The atmosphere is relaxed at Sandy Beach, with the evenings full of live music from Big Kahuna bar down the street. This condo has great views of the water and the general neighborhood from both the front balcony and the rooftop deck. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of both bath and beach towels. The kitchen had most things we needed to prepare meals ourselves. There were a few extra amenities left behind by others (i.e. seasonings, salad dressings, shampoo). Ines is always quick to respond with any questions or concerns, which is appreciated. There are usually a few friendly stray cats around, as is common around Rincon.

This place was great and just as described. The closet full of surf boards and beach gear was a nice surprise. We walked to several restaurants all within a half a mile away. It was not busy at all and we had the beach to ourselves for half of our stay.

Suleym was an excellent host and we had a wonderful stay at her place! The location was great for our needs and she happily provided us recommendations for local spots. When I got home, I realized I had left my sweatshirt in the bedroom and Suleym offered to mail it back to me. We hope to be back soon!

Perfect location, our girls loved the roof top deck, we loved waking up to surfers in the waves below. Jakes Java, Jack's Shack, a convenience store, and several bars/restaurants in walking distance was a huge plus!

Second time staying here. Lawrence is a great host and the second floor unit is fantastic. Sandy Beach at Rincon is a paradise. One of our favorites and we hope to return next year.

My partner and I had the best stay at Bobby's place!! The view from both decks was incredible and it was so nice to sit out there at the end of the day and watch the waves roll in. The condo was easy to find, clean and comfortable, and we didn't ever get up as early as we hoped because the bed was too comfortable!! Walking distance from the beach was great too! We left rested and with some great memories. Aside from that, Bobby is an awesome human and was more than accommodating when we asked to arrive 2 days prior to what we originally had planned!! We'd definitely stay again!
