We had a great stay in Jeanne’s villa in Rincón. The location is amazing - beautiful, secluded, relaxing and will lots to do nearby. We booked on short notice and the host went the extra mile to make sure the villa was ready for us. Communication was also great. Everything was spotless when we arrived. The villa is well furnished/stocked, comfortable and exactly as pictured. Thank you Jeanne! Hope we can go back soon!

Amazing stay, perfect location, and felt like home

We arrived late at night and Marilyn was flexible with our arrival time. It was dark when we arrived but we were blown away by what we could see. The outdoor deck and pool area are amazing. The inside of the house was clean and beautifully decorated. We were a family of six and felt we had plenty of room and then some. Once we woke the next day and saw the property in the daylight, we were blown away. It’s really beautiful. We enjoyed the outdoor deck and pool area every day and night. Would definitely stay at this property again! Thanks Marilyn, Kevin, and Wanda!

The house was great. Layout is to maximize sleeping arrangements, but not a ton of space to eat and relax unless you use the rooftop deck. I absolutely loved it but be sure to realize it is a tight metal spiral stairwell to access. My kids also loved it, but for those that are not highly mobile might be an issue. Puerto Rico is the jungle- lots of wildlife noises at night and plenty of roosters crowing at all hours. Maybe bring some earplugs if you're sensitive to noise while sleeping. All and all a fantastic place to stay while in Rincon.

Beautiful and big house. Amazing views. Well relocated. Super close to amazing surfing. Has everything you need. But it was a bit hard to get in if you have a compact car. Screens are a bit old so mosquitos get in but there’s enough mosquito zappers inside. No back up generator or solar panels if the power goes out. Overall great place!

Everything about this Airbnb was absolutely amazing.

Can’t say enough about Allison’s place. Stunning views, lots of wildlife, four minutes to beaches and great restaurants and close to town with more beaches and great restaurants. It truly was one for the best places we’ve ever stayed! We will be back it was amazing!

The experience exceeded expectations. Very quiet, safe, clean, comfortable, had all we needed, and a beautiful view. Neighbors were very friendly and helpful. Denise responded promptly to my questions and was very helpful. Hopefully we can return so we can explore the area more, two days was not enough. Many beaches in the area and beautiful scenery. Thank You Denise for sharing this space and keeping it so nice.

This place is beautiful. You are truly in the treetops of the Puerto Rican jungle while also being in a very clean and safe space. The nature was an unexpected surprise. The daytime owls, birds, iguanas, and more that I don’t know the names of were incredible to be surrounded by. The space is tucked away and feels very safe. Two of the bedrooms are beautiful and offer balconies with incredible views. There are also tons of necessities like coffee maker, speakers, a projector, toaster oven, coffee, sugar, ice, etc. We will be back!

Super clean, great location (driving distance close to the beach, restaurants, and local spots, but still quiet enough to unwind) and Allison was on point (friendly, helpful, and quick to respond). Heads up: the main areas don’t have AC (yes, we read the reviews too), but honestly, the breeze and ceiling fans did their job. We didn’t fire up the appliances but the kitchen was well stocked, including a grill. Although we didn’t use them bonus points for beach chairs and other goodies. Would definitely stay again!

The Jungle felt like a tropical paradise for our family of 4. It was a nice mix of peace and tranquility without feeling completely remote. Our favorite parts included the proximity to the ocean (just a short walk), cleanliness, large beds, tasteful decor, and the sounds of nature. We would stay here again!

The Bell House is really beautiful and very well conditioned. Notwithstanding all that Rincón has to offer, you may want to spend much time in the house, with its nice and sun-drenched deck and pool, and have lunch in the nice outdoor table. All rooms in the house are spacious and comfortable, with a simple yet sophisticated decoration. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare any meals. The view from the street level is precious, sprecially at dawn. We had a great time in the Bell House, and we hope that we may return soon.

Place 10/10 Views 10/10 Amenities 10/10 Hospitality 10000000/10 Our stay was incredible… the only downside we wished we could have stayed a few extra nights. If you had the chance to stay here do not think twice, just do it … it is all they say & more. It definitely exceeded our expectations. Sasha was super helpful & responsive host. Thanks for the kind hospitality, Sasha. We can’t wait to be back!

Lovely and comfortable spot in an idea location, right across the street from Sandy Beach and Tamboo. The high powered generator was also so helpful as there were a number of power outages on the island.

The Beach Pad was conveniently located, sparking clean, and well equipped for a beach stay. We especially appreciated the ease of check in, the detailed communication from our host, dedicated parking spot, and the helpful recommendations on beaches, restaurants, etc, etc. There is a loud bar nearby, the bed in our unit was two twins pushed together, and the solar power did not supply hot showers, so definitely more of a beach adventure rather than luxury stay vibe.

Excellent place to recharge after scooting around the island for the last week. The jungle is clean, comfortable, and comes with some adorable local cats who are more than happy to sit in your lap while you read by the pool. 10/10
