Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Putatan

The location is good. Not far from the city, the view is nice. The apartment is new with nice design. The best thing is the washing machine, you can dry your clothes after playing water activities. Not many people live in the building, so you can have a private swimming pool to yourselves. There is an orange shop in the lobby and it opens 24 hours. Great

Vysoká hodnota ubytování za dobrou cenu, Simeon byl s námi v kontaktu po celou dobu pobytu. Při příjezdu na nás čekal na recepci, vše vysvětlil. Byl velmi milý a ochotný. Vybavení ubytování bylo perfektní, vše funkční. Pračka se sušičkou je velmi užitečná. Navštívili jsme i bazén v 6. patře, voda byla čistá a atmosféra u bazénu velmi příjemná. Poloha je v docházkové vzdálenosti na trhy, obchodní centrum a hlavně do přístavu. Určitě znovu navštívíme. Důrazně doporučuji. Děkuji za skvělý pobyt.

Roseanne is a great host. She handed out the liftcard and welcome us herself at the lobby. A warm welcoming feeling. Nicely and tasteful decorated place. The view of the sea was terrific. Location is superb for a stay in a city and to get to the islands ( sapi , manukan etc ) nearby kota kinabalu. Plenty of restaurants and malls within walking distance. Overal a great place a short getaway for us

My stay at Catherine's place was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Catherine was an incredibly welcoming and responsive host, offering thoughtful touches that made me feel right at home. The location was fantastic, conveniently close to shops and a mall, yet peaceful and quiet during the evenings. I highly recommend Catherine's Airbnb to anyone visiting the area—I would definitely stay here again!

Large home, complete.. Nice host, fast response ..

Perfectly located for our rest time after hike, we love it!!! Woke up to the fresh air, house is well equipped for our needs. However worthy to note that the toilet inside the unit is squat type, the host kindly allowed us to use the other toilet outside the unit when we requested since after the hike squatting becomes quite an issue for us. Peferct host will definitely recommend the place.

Julie's place is enough to accommodate my family of 10, with the basic necessities. Fast responses, clear instruction on self check-in. We had a good family time! 🤗

Very comfortable place. Bed and pillows were extra comfy. Nice and quiet. Convenience store and fast food restaurant available downstairs.

Beautiful place and great for family gathering. Enough space for games, for recreation. Staycation here is meant to fully utilise the amenities of kitchen to cook 😆. Have place for BBQ, fridge, stove, oven,kettle, glasses, etc. Probably needed some cleaning service since many people staying. And we stayed for two night, so you know 😁. Mattresses and pillows provided, so did not worry not enough bed as everyone sleep at the spacious living room 🤣🤣.

Owner very friendly and very particular to stress out muslim concept. Feel at home with all complete kitchen stuff ready to use. Allow extended check out even another guest will get in. No fussy checkin such as collecting deposit or whatever. Convenient staycation.

Superrrr spacious unit! We stayed here with 11 people and there’s still plenty of space for us to wind down after a day of exploring in the city. Amenities provided are very sufficient too. A huge front porch for us to park our cars and to dry our clothes even! Some distance to Gaya street tho, but with a rental car that’s not a big issue to not to stay here :)

Nice, clean apartment with beautiful ocean+pool+garden view, two full bathrooms (one en suite, one not), full range of appliances including washer/dryer, and working AC. Excellent location with plenty of restaurants/cafes/convenience stores downstairs or nearby, and walkable to Jesselton Point ferry terminal (<5 min) and Suria Sabah mall (<10 min). Smooth check-in, clear instructions, and responsive host. Just a few minor gripes: unit does get a bit of hallway noise, only had one small wastebasket for entire unit, and kitchen had fewer place settings than shown in photos. All that said, I would gladly stay here again. Speaking of photos, they seem to show two different but similar units with mirrored layouts. I stayed in the one shown in photos 6-7, which had a prettier ocean view IMHO and an en-suite bathroom connected to BR1, not BR2. Otherwise, setup and furnishings were mostly the same.

Best Airbnb & host I've ever experienced!

非常愉快的一次入住体验！位置很方便，距离机场打车10几分钟，入住说明非常清晰，毫不费力就可以顺利入住。房子空间很大，干净整洁，提供了生活必需品。楼顶的无边泳池太爽了，楼下就是各种便利店和餐厅，对面是Imago百货商场，非常好逛。下次有机会来的话，还会选择住这里

房子位于亚庇菜市场附近，午餐可以在市场后面自行采购，到市场二层加工点加工，晚餐可以去夜市，离天桥下榴莲摊位和佳雅街夜市都比较近，步行可以到达

Doris has been a wonderful and helpful host and the week in this cozy and tidy apartement just flew by. The flat was very spaceous and well equipped + clean, the view from the flat and the upper terrace were fascinating (e.g. when the weather is good, Mt. Kinabalu becomes visible) and the area offers everything one could need during a stay in the city. Happy to return!
