Beautiful 17th-century renovated house, spanning 3 floors with over 100m². Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

The barn has a living room with a black kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a loft with two beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. It also has a double shower with a window to admire nature while showering. Fireplace, swimming pool, and river. And an environment with a monumental complex formed by a Romanesque church with a crypt, a modernist cemetery and an Iberian village 5 minutes away. Nestled between the Aure and Louron valleys, this secluded barn offers you peace and quiet while being close to Loudenvielle and Saint-Lary. Access will be on foot, on a path of about 300 meters. Solar panels supply the barn with electricity, an opportunity to change your habits. The barn is heated only by a wood-burning stove. A Nordic bath will allow you to relax and enjoy the nature around you.
