It is 100 meters from Quadrado, 400 meters from São João Batista Church, and 800 meters from Coqueiros Beach. It is a micro-house (30 m²) on the ground floor with an en-suite, mosquito net, air-conditioning, complete trousseau, fully equipped kitchen/pantry, and a parking space, in an excellent location.
