We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were spacious, well-lit, and each had its own private bathroom – a huge plus. The place was impeccably clean and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere that truly felt like home. The host was exceptionally responsive and readily assisted us with an emergency weather situation. Vey nice and convenient spot in the heart of the city. It was perfect for our one night stay in Hanoi.

Large cozy apartment with kitchen, living room, bed room, bathroom with bathtub + hot water. The house is beautiful and is in dead-end alley so there's not a lot of traffic. Pretty quiet apart from a few roosters living in the street. There's a small coffee shop and a Circle K not far away. Unfortunately, we were both sick while we were there and the weather was very cold and grey. So we didn't go out much and used the heater and bathtub to keep warm. The host was very kind and allowed us to stay longer in the flat after check-out because we had a flight in the evening. We really appreciated that. Thank you!

I was truly happy to have found this place. It’s clean, and the host is proactive and thoughtful. You can tell they genuinely care about the apartment as everything was well-prepared. The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked with amenities, including things like toothbrushes and combs, which you usually only find in hotels. I would absolutely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to friends.

Van Chinh's space is spacious, it's an apartment. It is located in a Vietnamese neighborhood. Close to several traditional businesses. And close to tourist areas. Van Chính recommended food spots and tourist attractions. She was always available. He knows a few phrases in Spanish. I highly recommend the place.

I had an amazing stay at this brand new apartment! Even before booking, the host was incredibly helpful, they sent over a detailed video tour and additional photos since the unit was newly listed, which really helped me feel confident about my decision. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures! Bright, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. The host was also very accommodating and responsive, providing extra items I requested like a clothes iron and cleaning supplies. Everything was ready and set up upon arrival. The cleaning staff were also very friendly. The space itself was perfect for working remotely, with good natural light, a comfortable workspace, and beautiful views of the lake, especially at sunset. I highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a quiet, cozy, and elegant place to stay in Hanoi. Would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay here during our time in Hanoi. The host Van was extremely friendly and helpful, helping us carry our luggage during both check-in and check-out, and doing laundry for us free of charge as well. She really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The apartment is very clean, spacious, and affordable, in a quiet and interesting neighborhood away from the crowds where one can live just like a local. It is about 15 minutes from the old quarter via Grab, but within walking distance of many good restaurants as well as a Lotte shopping mall. Definitely recommended, and hope to stay here again next time in Hanoi.

It felt just like home:comfortable, clean, and truly wonderful. Hong was always proactive and communicated with kindness, going out of their way to accommodate us. The neighborhood was incredibly safe, and with a lake right in front of the property, evening strolls were delightful. This is definitely a place we’d love to stay at again! Really nice area to live in. Appartment / block are moderns and well maintained. The view from balcony is breathtaking, especially at night. Just Outside you will find marts, a few ok restaurants/coffee shops / laundry / gyms. Nothing exciting neither. Further you will find your usual VN street vendors and less gentrified areas. Overall good flat, good location.

If you stay longer in Hà Nội very good place, very quite you can have good sleep and just take a grab when you want go to the city.

Superb location. Close to most of the place we wanted to visit and we were able to return to the apartment during the day to drop off stuff and rest during the hot summer days. Loan is also a proactive communicator. He gave very clear instructions and was super responsive. Lastly, the apartment itself is just so elegant, making me not want to leave. It’s a dream house to me. Highly recommend to everyone visiting Hanoi!

The apartment location in Tay Ho area is really good because you have lots of restaurants around, supermarkets…. The apartment was nice and clean. Linh (the host) was very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed our stay there.
