We had two wonderful weeks in Lido di Ostia. It is an easy footwalk from the apartment to the Lido Centro Station. There trains leave every 20 minutes to Rome. The apartment is only a few hundred metres from the beach. Ivan is very friendly and answered our messages quickly.

We enjoyed our stay at Luca’s place. It is on a perfect spot, basically on the beach. Our family with 3 children had everything we needed. Very big terrace was a huge asset for us. Luca was very helpful and nothing was problem. We would recommend this accommodation.

The apartment has a wonderfully central location, with seafront and all restaurants just around the corner. Also it was a great pleasure to arrive in such a clean accommodation for our week's stay in Ostia. Me and my daughter were super warmly welcomed and throughout the stay everything was very flexible with the hosts and all communication was remarkably swift. Grazie mille!

This is truly a little paradise, we had a wonderful weekend here, the pool is clean and well maintained, the house has all the amenities, the owners are very welcoming and friendly, we will definitely come here again, now this is our favorite place to relax, thank you so much❣️

Wonderful stay in Ladispoli! We had an unforgettable stay in Ladispoli and this place exceeded all our expectations! The apartment was perfectly located — just a few minutes walk from the beach and local restaurants. Very cozy, clean and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to help with any questions. Ladispoli is a wonderful place to relax, with its picturesque streets, beautiful beaches and a cozy atmosphere. We enjoyed every moment, whether it's walking around the city or spending time on the beach. In the evening it was possible to enjoy great Italian cuisine in the local restaurants. What is especially convenient — Ladispoli is ideally located if you plan to visit Rome. Very easy access to transport (trains, buses), which makes it an excellent base for daily trips to the capital. We rented a car and easily reached Rome, enjoying both the city and a relaxing holiday! Our best recommendation!

VACATION BETWEEN CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR 2024/25. WONDERFUL CHALET WITH COZY ATMOSPHERE, DESPITE THE SEASON WE HAD THE GREAT LUCK WITH OUR DOGS TO ENJOY SOME SUN! WE FOUND ROSA AND ANGELO COMPLETELY UNCOMPLICATED. BOTH EXTREMELY FRIENDLY, ALWAYS HAVE A CHAT. WE REALLY ENJOYED IT VERY MUCH, AND PROMISED ANGELO WE WILL COME BACK... THE CABIN JUST HAS EVERYTHING IT NEEDS, AND WE KNEW VERY MUCH, THE PRIVACY BEACH AT THE LAKE....GREAT VIEWS AND GREAT PANORAMA. Enrico was very accommodating and nice and was always available if we had any questions. We felt very comfortable with him. The surroundings were very quiet (probably also because it was out of season). Everything in the residential complex is a bit outdated, but that doesn't detract from the feel-good factor. There are many shops in walking distance. Enrico's pizza oven is a real highlight. That's a real Italian way of life. For the price, the place is highly recommended. A little something has bothered us. Outside the gated community and especially the path to the beach and on the beach it was very dirty.. there was trash everywhere. Maybe it was because we were there outside of the Italian holiday season. Downtown Rome can be reached in an hour by car and if you get there early, there are also many cheap parking options along the Tiber. Thanks Enrico for the nice relaxed two weeks.

This is a beautiful beachside villa with a private pool and wonderful outdoor dining. We enjoyed ourselves from the moment we arrived until the moment we left! The private beach is just a short five-minute walk away. Gloria connected me with Claudia, who was incredibly helpful, hospitable, and full of joy. Note: The pool is on a lower level than the house.

It is a beautiful house, furnished with a lot of love for detail. It really looks like the pictures. Due to the many seating options in the garden, you could sit somewhere different every time. The beds are fantastic and ensure very good rest. The beach is very close. We felt very comfortable.

We had a magical stay! This was the best space by far with an amazing location by the beach and restaurants. The accommodations and friendliness by Lorenzo and Michela were incredible. The house is a work of art and we made the best memories with relaxation and fun. Thank you so much to Lorenzo and Michela!!! Absolutely fantastic!

Getting to the apartment from the airport was a little tricky, but that wasn't her fault, the people at airport had us going to 3 different locations. Valeria met us outside and let us in. The apartment was nice and fully stocked, the terrace peaceful and lots of plants. There was a fluke with the hot water and Valeria came over and fixed it. Valeria was very responsive, gave recommendations, helpful, friendly, and welcoming

Lovely place, convenient, close to metro and shops. Hosts respond quickly and are always in touch! Loved it!

Nicest hosts I have had the pleasure to deal with thus far. The apartment was very clean and has everything you need and more to cook. Better equipped than most places. Across the street is the beach and short walks to an exciting nightlife of Ostia. Our 5 year old loved the Luna park nearby. Great beaches for children. Safe and quiet. These hosts restored my faith in humanity. Unfortunately for us, our flight got very very delayed and the hosts allowed us to stay extra few hours beyond the usual check out to make this stressful situation better.

Alessandro was one of a kind person, He is such a gentleman, very kind, very helpful He always respond very quickly for any questions And his place is a wonderful flat, very clean, and very elegant place, the location is wonderful and close to everything you would need, I will definitely book this place again, it was a wonderful stay Thank you Alessandro very much for all the help and Welcoming smile
