It's located on level 19 in South Brisbane with short walks to Southbank, City and Casino! It can well service bussines and leisure travelers alike. It promises a luxurious furnished apartment with free carpark within the building (max height 2.3m) and all you need! Infinity swimming pool on rooftop-level 30. Self check-in with keypad provided.

We are a 10 minute walk to the Convention Centre and QPAC, 15 minutes to the city, 20 minutes by bus or ferry to Qld University of Technology and University of Qld, 3 minutes walk to a fabulous array of restaurants. Your space has a separate entry at the the front-we live at the rear, is self contained with its own bathroom and cooking facility, queen bed and wrap-around veranda.

This is the location! Between the city and Fortitude Valley and the river all within walking distance of Queen St Mall the Night life of the valley then locations like Howard Smith Wharves.
