Ms. Katrina and her husband were very responsive with our queries. They even offered to rebook our stay for free because of the super typhoon. The care takers esp Ate Queen were accommodating, they were always around to help us and tried their best to grant our requests :) The place is large and can accommodate big groups. Will definitely recommend your place!

Our first family staycation was truly wonderful! If you're looking for a quiet, peaceful retreat away from the city, this is the perfect place. Special thanks to Kuya Ipe and his wife for their warm hospitality; they made us feel so welcome. We enjoyed the serene beauty of the lake, with the stunning Mt. Banahaw in the backdrop. We will definitely return to this place and highly recommend it to our friends and relatives! We appreciate the simplicity of the Kubo including the cottage, own kitchen, and own bathroom. Thank you so much for making our stay memorable.

We actually made the mistake of booking a room without an ensuite bathroom, but the ownr agreed upon check in to switch us to a different preferred room, and had staff clean right there and then.

Such a beautuful and peaceful place to relax and unwind. The host is extremely accommodating and helpful. Will surely book again.

Great place to get away from the metro! Getting there was a breeze, roads were paved, no problems whatsoever. place was as described, loved the room as it was spotless and neat and we even had a rocking chair. Very pet friendly. grounds are well kept and staff were polite. food was delicious! we had pork sinigang and ginataang gulay for dinner, highly recommended. we had breakfast by the river which was great. it can get cool at night, had a really good sleep comfy pillows and blankets. Sound can travel a lot so if you have neighbors, hopefully they are mindful of the noise if not you can politely ask them to keep it down

It was like entering a paradise. I loved the garden with giant plants. It felt like we were in the forest. The pool looked new and clean. The main house was also nice. It was old yet maintained. The air-conditioning and water pressure (which the first things I looked for) were strong. The kitchen was complete. Kudos for providing extra towels. Also, the children loved the aspins who welcomed us, especially Bebe. Loved the place. Will go back.

We (my husband, our dogter and I) stayed over the weekend at the Tagitnep Room and actually had the entire Pili Paninap Farm to ourselves! I kept wishing my husband a “happy anniversary” because it felt like we booked the entire farm to ourselves. Everything was just spot on and right, and it was indeed heaven to be amidst nature and its magic. The food was simple but delicious, and we couldn’t be more pleased. Ate Irma was wonderful, as always. We are looking forward to our next stay at Pili Paninap!

Super enjoyed our stay at Happy Farm Villa! Spacious, new and complete amenities (they even have a dry sauna!), clean, natural design aesthetics, helpful and polite caretakers. Like the wall TV projection. Love the long dining tables for my tablescapes. I wish we stayed longer and have some barbecue night. Perfect for weekend RnR. Best for families and large groups.

The place was really nice! Bernadeth amd Darwin are really nice. They gave us some welcome drinks, they are very approachable and friendly. They made sure everything is okay. They recommended nearby tourist spots. The place is huge and so many activities to do. We had a really great experience! 5/5 highly recommend this place and we will definitely go back.

This was one of the best AirBnBs we've stayed at! Before the trip, Anne was very responsive and prompt with answering all my questions and provided info to help make our stay great 🏡 It was a good drive going to the farm. Just a note, there is a small portion of unpaved road so not recommended for lowered sedans or sedans with a lot of baggage and many passengers. No problem for SUVs and the like. The farm itself is beautiful! Peaceful and with so much activities to do that 2 nights isn't enough. Everyone enjoyed the ATV, karaoke and the pool. You can even have a bonfire at night! It also felt like you were at a hotel because there were towels provided and loved that bathrooms were stocked! Our dogs enjoyed the space and being in the main house. Hospitality was fantastic, especially when we arrived and were checking out. We were provided with a walkie talkie to communicate with the staff who were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the farm & we hope to return and stay longer

We had a great stay in this farm resthouse. Very peaceful and serene. Clean and complete amenities as described. The caretakers were also very friendly and helpful. If you want to unwind and relax, this is a great place to stay with kids too. The only challenge would be internet connection but since we were there to really unplug, it was perfect!

We had a previous Airbnb booking that was cancelled by the host at the last minute. Little did we know that it was somewhat a blessing in disguise as we discovered this gem not far from Manila! The photos posted on the listing are accurate. The on-site staff are helpful and proactive. We were greeted by co-host Dennice and got us up to speed with the accommodation details. We will definitely book again and I’d recommend to other people to consider and shortlist this listing.

Super sulit sa buong family! Super ganda ang place and malinis. Plus daming animals sa farm na naeenjoy ng anak ko panoorin. Ngayon lang kami nakapagouting kasi takot sa pandemic, and perfect itong lugar na to kasi pwede irent buong lugar para kami kami lang sa buong area. Super bait pa nung may ari. Highly recommended.

We had a great time at Casa Esperanza. The place is so peaceful and relaxing and very conducive to brainstorming, which is what we did during our overnight stay last June 5-6. The casita we stayed in was very clean and comfy; we had a restful sleep after a 4-hour drive :) They served good coffee and breakfast, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We recently had our stay at **Dikub Farm House** — and you know what, *ma men?!* Tama lahat ng reviews dito — it *exceeds expectations*! Yung bukid life na pinapangarap mo? Mae-experience mo dito. The breathtaking view of **Mt. Malarayat** and the rice field scenery? *Grabe. Sobrang ganda.* The tranquility and peace of mind? Unmatched. But more than the view, it’s the people that make the place truly special. **Mam Ghenny**, the owner, is incredibly kind and accommodating — *dabest talaga!* And please, bigyan niyo na po ng dagdag sahod si **Kuya Junnie** — super bait, always smiling, hardworking, and laging handang tumulong kahit kami na ang nahihiya. *Grabeee!!* **Worth every peso** — the price, the experience, and most of all, the hospitality. Highly recommended!

Sir Wine and Ms Ollie’s place was all it promised to be, and more. When we were greeted with their welcoming staff, the relaxing music that was playing throughout the grounds as we entered, and the welcome drinks and snacks, we knew off the bat that it was going to be a weekend to remember. The accommodations and amenities were all well thought of. Practical and classy taste was seen all throughout the property. It was not just a place to hang your hat, but they made it feel like home. The food, albeit it was only breakfast that they served, was filling and uber yummy. We ended up buying almost everything they served, so we could attempt to repeat the meals back home. Thank you for going above and beyond Ms Ollie, Sir Wine, and Ate Jasmin. Our family will always be grateful.

Thank you so much. Me and my friends enjoyed our stay. They found the place quite beautiful. We took a lot of pictures! The location was also accessible to a lot of eating places. Fully equipped and very clean kitchen and bedrooms. Pool was clean and temperature was just right. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The host was very responsive especially that we we had reservation changes.
