The neighborhood has its own equipment to ensure the roads are passable in winter season, but given the height at which La Casa de Juan is located, it is important to have a 4x4 vehicle and snow chains. Located 30 minutes from downtown San Martín.

The cabin is very well equipped and is within the 'Viver el Bosque de Huilo Huilo' condominium, close to the hotels and the attractions of the place. Preference to go up with four-wheel drive cars in winter, but in summer cars without four-wheel drive but with a medium engine can go up.
