This typical fisherman's house, with 30m2, was rehabilitated in 2017, and now have: - Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, clothes and refrigerator, dining table and 2 chairs. - Living room with a comfortable sofa, TV, WI-FI. - WC with shower. - Mezzanine, with a access staircase, with double bed (160cmx180cm), writing desk and a charriot. Guests can access all areas except the storage area. Usually we will be present at the entrance and exit and available for any unforeseen situation. Stroll down to the water just a few steps away at the end of the road. Venture out and explore the neighbourhood filled with quaint houses, lovely restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops. Preferably walk as it your in the center of the village of Alcochete. Smoking is not allowed, nor bring pets. No parties or events allowed Children up to 1 year old for safety reasons, since there are no gates or doors on the stairs between the mezzanine / bedroom and the ground floor.

Large patio doors lead out onto a spacious, private garden with wood decking, a heated pool, sun loungers and table.

Mountain Chalet, crafted entirely from wood, presents a blend of mountain and seaside serenity with walking distance from the beach! Accessible by foot (181 steps) or via a vehicle operated by staff for check in and out, the house guarantees absolute privacy. Each bedroom offers panoramic ocean vistas, ensuring every awakening is as breathtaking as the view. With relaxation at its core, the chalet offers an escape, where the hustle of cars are replaced by the smoothing presence of nature.

Casa da Amendoeira

Resulting from the recent rehabilitation of a small medieval building in Alfama, the Casa da Amendoeira is structured around a series of courtyards and sunny balconies, interspersed with cozy interior spaces. The sound of running water from a fountain and a hammock are enticing prospects on warm summer nights in Lisbon. One of the courtyards is flooded with water, forming a pool. On the last floor, a balcony overlooking the river and the rooftops of the city is the ideal spot for a glass.

Modern small house with outdoors, small pool and a 15 minute ride to the beaches. Recently renovated, a sliding door from the kitchen to the outdoor to take full advantage of the country's beautiful weather. Located near walking and bike paths of the Serra da Arrabida. The house stands out for its modern architecture, integrated in the historic center of Palmela. Zé House was the name given by the architects. A simple house whose architecture sought to assert itself in a secular context due to its contemporary character, establishing not only a geometric relationship with the surroundings but also a chromatic relationship. The result was a surprising and welcoming space.
