What can I say.......This was PARADISE!!!!! I have rented many houses through different websites, and this house was exactly what they said it was going to be. I stayed in this beautiful house 5/25/25 to 6/56/25. Everything was Perfect from the first day I entered this house, until the day I left. Armando, and his Wife Andrea made the entire trip perfect. They took care of any of our needs. I loved the little shopping, and restaurant area close to the house. If you are looking for a Beautiful, and Peaceful house to vacation in, this is the HOUSE!!! Also, the Entire Staff at Akumal Villas if fantastic. They answered all my questions before arriving to the house. I would like to Thank everyone for the Best Vacation I have ever had. Looking forward to returning to this House again soon.

Nuestra estancia fue muy agradable. Mariela nos apoyo con 2 temas que nos paso durante la estancia, adicional la hora de checkin fue flexible, algo que agradecemos mucho. Y la hicieron más agradable unos gatitos silvestres muy cariñosos y más si les ofreces comida.

Cet air bnb est incroyable !!!! Nous sommes en voyage au Mexique depuis plus de deux mois et c’est le meilleur air bnb que nous ayons eu!!!! La maison est très grande, la cuisine très bien équipée, les chambres confortables avec des matelas tellement agréables, tout cela dans une propreté remarquable!!! Nous avons beaucoup aimé les jeux de société à disposition, les affaires de plage, les hamacs pour le jardin très agréable, la facilité d’accès du logement. Petite dans la résidence très appréciable! Quant à gaby elle est très sympathique et soucieuse de votre bien être! Nous reviendrons ici c’est sur !!!!

Amazing place to stay. Orlando is a great co-host and was able to help us with anything we wanted. Absolutely recommend booking chefs for breakfast or dinner. Looking forward to going back soon!

La ubicación es muy accesible la casa está casi en la entrada del fraccionamiento y la ruta pasa en frente de este está muy cercas del puerto La recomiendo mucho la casa tiene las comodidades necesarias

El hospedarnos en el hogar fue muy practico, la comunicación siempre muy buena y todo perfectamente indicado con 0 complicaciones al acceder, pnto muy importante porque siempre hay contratiempos cuando el acceso es por cuenta propia, y la casa sin duda es excelente, tranquila, amplia, limpia, etc.

El alojamiento todo en orden, tal cual lo mostraba en fotos y descripción por lo que no hubo tema en ese aspecto. La ubicación es buena porque está céntrico y hay muchas amenidades así como servicios muy cerca. Hubo buena comunicación de parte de Gerardo y dio las instrucciones claras, por lo que me quedaría nuevamente ahí ya que al final te la pasas afuera disfrutando y solo llevas a descansar, bañarte y cambiarte.

We had an amazing stay at the condo! Place was very clean and comfortable. Loved the decorations and everything the place had to offer. Having a washer and dryer was very helpful when packing to return home. Balcony was awesome to be able to hang out and see some monkeys from time to time swinging by. Jumped in the pool and also had an area to cook. The location was great being inside the resort with security so didn’t have to worry about random people being near us. The resort is 15 minutes from Akumal beach and about 30-35 mins from Tulum city. Host was very responsive and helpful for the minor issues i did have and quickly resolved in a timely manner which was very much appreciated. Would definitely come back and recommend.

Un gusto haber estado ahí, muy cómodo em departamento, limpieza y espacios agradables definitivamente volvería con los ojos cerrados

Patrick’s place is comfortable, clean and spacious. I liked the shared outdoor kitchen a lot. The room itself was like in the photos and one of the most clean places I stayed while my travels. Location is a bit distant to walk but if you don’t mind or rent a scooter I recommend to stay here.

Nos gustó demasiado el departamento, Es tal cual como se anuncia, muy cómodo y bastante práctico, cerca de muchos lugares para comer y fácil acceso a la playa, la alberca super agusto, pudimos disfrutar muchísimo la estancia

El lugar es bonito tiene pequeños detalles pero nada que perjudique si buscan un lugar que se sienta como en casa este es el lugar perfecto, nos encanto la estadia sin duda me volveria hospedar ahi

Maria was responsive and attentive when necessary. The location was a little hard to find at first but otherwise the check in was very smooth. The unit was clean and as described. Absolutely worth the money. The pool in the courtyard was a daily treat and Maria was very helpful in getting me rentals for vehicles and anything else I needed. I will definitely look to stay here when I am back in Tulum.

Me gusto demasiado estaba muy bonito el lugar y a pesar de estar a media cuadra de la 5ta avenida estaba muy silencioso, lo único que si estaba un poco mal era la llave del lava manos del baño que al abrirla tenia mucha presion y te briseaba toda la ropa, pero de ahi en fuera estaba muy agusto el cuarto y tiene todo lo necesario, burro de planchar, plancha, secadora de pelo hasta un kit con curitas y vendas y tambien 4 toallas, sin duda volveré a rentar este airbnb 10/10

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was gorgeous, very clean, and everything exceeded our expectations. The rooftop pool was a highlight – the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the views. The Wi-Fi was spot on, which was great for both work and leisure. We had a fantastic time at a rooftop party, it was so much fun! But the property also offers a peaceful, quiet atmosphere during the week, making it ideal for working or unwinding. As other guests have mentioned, the roads can be a bit bumpy, but that's totally normal for Tulum and part of the experience. It’s not unusual, just something to keep in mind when planning your trip. We’ll definitely be coming back – our experience was truly unforgettable, and we highly recommend it!

We loved our stay! The condo was spacious and had everything we needed as a family of 5 adults. The 4 rooftop pools and pool bar were perfect for avoiding the seaweed beach days. Lots of great restaurants in walking distance! The taco stand just across the street has the best birria tacos! Grocery store just around the corner made it super easy to stock up and carry things home. Joe was very helpful with giving us advice for excursions and how to get to other towns/beaches! Overall great experience :)

Lugar muy bonito y con excelente vista al mar. Ubicación excelente, cerca de lugares de comida, transporte público y el cocobongo. La habitación es muy cómoda y con todas las amenidades. Condominio tiene alberca y acceso directo a la playa Forum con camastros propios, pero sin sombrillas. La habitación tiene sombrilla de playa para uso de huéspedes.

Excelente muy ordenado, limpio, con una decoración muy agradable, moderno y cómodo. Con las amenidades disponibles del complejo, transporte a las distintas areas, buenos restaurantes en el complejo, playa a 5 min en coche y muy agradable. Muy seguro, se requiere un QR para poder entrar al complejo. Una recepción en el edificio con personal que te ayuda y resuelve tus dudas.

Excelente lugar para pasar vacaciones en familia. En una zona muy exclusiva con construcciones modernas y con todos los servicios a la mano. Puedes ir a pie a la farmacia o a la tienda. El departamento está tal cual las fotos, muy limpio y ordenado, aire acondicionado funcionando correctamente. Súper recomendable!!!!!!

El departamento fue muy agradable , estuvimos muy cómodos y cumplió nuestras expectativas ! La atención de mariana y Alfredo fue muy buena y oportuna. Solo detalles menores con el agua de la ducha y principalmente con el internet. Las cuales Alfredo atendió de muy buena manera La ubicación es buena ya que nosotros frecuentemente nos trasladamos a zamna , pero si es básico tener transporte propio , los taxis a esa ubicación del centro de tulum son carísimos y el acceso por terracería estaba en pésimas condiciones, muy complicado si vas en automóvil pequeño. Las áreas comunes especialmente en las comunes el cenote no es como en las imágenes y las áreas comunes como la terraza y la alberca que en ella se encuentra no estaban disponibles. Además de que es un lugar muy tranquilo y las reglas de convivencias son de tranquilidad Nosotros íbamos en plan de fiesta y nos llamaron la atención por tener música moderada Pero en términos generales el depa y los anfitriones muy buenos
