Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Quinton

I needed a place to stay whilst attending a work conference at the Birmingham Conference and Events Centre. Paulina’s apartment was an oasis - beautifully cleaned, relaxing, well stocked and large. Excellent amenities. Check in was incredibly smooth and easy, very flexible. Walkable from train station. I didn’t explore the area much but very convenient groceries, and felt safe walking around alone.

Out of all the West Midlands properties we've stayed at, Shazad's place is definitely our favorite. Lovely equipped, good layout, access to the garden...just perfect! This was our second time and we will definitely be back!

I had a wonderful stay at Niall’s! The apartment was exactly as described. But what truly made the experience special was the host. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. From the moment I arrived, she made sure I felt at home and was always available if I had any questions or needed recommendations. We managed the get this booking very last minute and we weren’t disappointed in the slightest, the rooms were beautiful, so much space including the garden. It had everything we needed. We really loved the decor. But for us the hosts made the trip. So thoughtful and considerate, and despite our own lack of packing skills, kindly sorted us out, truely grateful, such a kind gesture. Really great communication and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout. Definitely looking to stay again!

Firstly the cottage was exactly what you see in the pictures, it’s a definite must stay! Perfectly situated in a lovely cosy hamlet, not that I was trying to find anything wrong with but there was genuinely nothing wrong, amazing cottage! It’s had everything you need to make your stay great, all the amenities plus a cute garden which is perfect for unwinding after day of exploring the Cotswold with the dog. Sue’s communication was great, responded almost instantly and has to be the thorough when it comes to information before you arrive, she left no stone unturned! We were supposed to stay over the Easter bank holiday but had to change the dates last minute due to an unsuspected commitment and Sue couldn’t have been more helpful which was greatly appreciated. All in all this was a wonderful stay!

I'm an estate agent so I've seen my fair share of good, bad and ugly properties. Myself and colleagues were in town for a work conference at Eastside Rooms. The property was immaculate, spacious, ideal for sharers with the additional bathrooms, and Darren was very informative before, during and after. Ideal for professional stays.

My husband, two kids and I stayed at Mizan's place while visiting family and we had such a great stay. The house is just lovely and has everything you need - it's very comfortable and kid friendly. The location is convenient and close to shops. Thank you for hosting us!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It looks exactly like the photos—beautifully designed, modern, and spotlessly clean. The space was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, including a full kitchen and washer/dryer (though we didn’t get a chance to use them). The bed was very comfortable, and we slept really well each night. The gated parking was a huge plus and made things very convenient. Communication with our host, Adam, was excellent. He was always quick to respond and very helpful throughout our stay. The check-in instructions—with clear photos and a helpful video—made everything super easy and stress-free. Highly recommend this place—we’d happily stay here again!

We had a great time using Yoniques home as a base for an event at the NEC. My daughter has already asked if we can stay again.

Fantastic stay at Andrews House. Everything was as described. Such a modern feel to the house with absolutely every amenitie you could possibly think of. Beds are super comfy and we had great sleep. Short walk to local restaurants and bars. We drove to West Midlands Safari Park which was only a 25 minute drive from the house. one of the cosiest houses my wife and I have ever stayed at and we will be returning in the near future. A big thank you to Andrew who was always super responsive to answer any questions or queries we had. Made the stay a lot better. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay at a house in the Midlands. You will not be disappointed!

I stayed here for around 40 days and honestly, it felt like a home away from home. The hosts are incredibly responsive and kind — they replied to any queries I had almost instantly, and were sweet enough to accommodate a late checkout when I requested it. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures: cosy, clean, and very inviting. The pantry was well stocked with essentials (and more), which made cooking easy and convenient. Every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and I felt genuinely spoilt! The Wi-Fi is fast, everything is well maintained, and the location is perfect — just a 7–8 minute bus ride to Bullring. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a comfortable and well-managed stay.

Pamela and Paul are lovely hosts and the space they’ve created is such a lovely place to go and relax. My friend and I both said how at home we felt from the second we walked in til we left. It’s very private and peaceful and there’s lovely little parts of it you can walk to and just sit quietly. We’ll definitely be back, hopefully not to far in the future!
