Excelente, cerca a todo una suite súper acogedora

el espacio es muy cómodo y suficientemente amplio para dos personas. Cama grande y confortable. además cuenta con lavadora y todo lo necesario para tener una agradable estadía. La ubicación es muy buena. puedes llegar caminando al centro histórico, a unas tres cuadras de la plaza santo domingo y a 5 min. caminando de la estación de metro. la verdad fue todo según lo expuesto en el aviso. Esteban, nuestro anfitrión nos ofreció servicio de taxi para traslado desde el aeropuerto y estaba atento a nuestras consultas.

This was my second time staying at this incredible home, and I can’t recommend it enough! The house is absolutely huge—much bigger and more impressive than the pictures show. The location is perfect, right in the heart of all the action, making it easy to enjoy plenty of activities nearby. Beyond the home itself, the owner and assistant were outstanding—so welcoming, responsive, and truly go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. I felt completely safe and comfortable throughout my stay. If you're looking for a spacious, well-located, and well-managed place to stay, this is it! I’ll definitely be back again.

Very accommodating and friendly, english speaking host! He gave us useful tips about area’s to avoid and made us feel at home right from the start. The Airbnb was well equiped and had comfortable beds.

The apartment is newly built, with 24-hour security and a gym. The room is fully equipped, you can cook, there is a TV, and it is very warm and comfortable. It is close to supermarkets and restaurants, and life is super convenient. I stayed there for 2 weeks and highly recommend it.

Excelente lugar, tranquilo, bastante cómodo y con una ubicación estratégica y segura, me quedé un par de días pero valdría mucho la pena para estancias largas.

The place was quaint, safe, and beautiful. The security was amazing they were kind and attentive. I had everything I needed which specifically was a well organized kitchen and Washer and dryer. Lastly, the host was always available at any time and friendly and respectful.

DON’T EVEN HESITATE – this is the best place to stay in Quito!!! We’ve traveled to 70 countries, and the view from this apartment in Quito is the best we’ve ever seen. Staying here feels like living in a palace – it’s an amazing experience. The apartment combines the atmosphere of a castle with all the modern amenities you need, from a microwave to a washing machine. Every morning, we were uplifted by the stunning mountain panorama, which brought an incredible sense of peace and tranquility. Meanwhile, my wife, who loves the opposite – lively places, cafes, and shops – was delighted that this elegant part of the city, with all its conveniences, was just a five-minute walk from the apartment)) Those five minutes do involve a bit of a climb up a staircase, but it’s worth it for the beautiful views along the way. Now we’re in love with Ecuador as a country – thanks to its contrasts and the unique blend of old and new. Daniel is the best host a guest could ever have. 100% recommendation

El lugar es un poco pequeño pero muy funcional muy acogedor, con todos los servicios q indica en la foto,se encuentra cerca de muchos lugares para recorrer, apesar de que está ubicado en una calle muy concurrida es increíble q no hay bulla y así se puede descansar tranquilamente, fácil acceso , introducciónes claras, sobretodo detallista al llegar 🤗☺️ al día siguiente también ,nos sorprendieron, SUPER RECOMENDADO.. sin duda regresaré en otra ocasión.🤗

Freddy's place is like home away from home and Freddy himself is an amazing host and has always helped me out if u had any questions. The guards in the building are friendly and the house itself has a nice colonial style charm to it. Always a pleasure to stay here. Thank you 🙏

El alojamiento de Nico es bastante cómodo y privado, tiene absolutamente todo lo necesario para que estés cómodo en tu estancia. Nico siempre está atento a lo que necesites y, si preguntas, te da recomendaciones de lugares para visitar, comer o hacer compras, lo cual hace que la experiencia sea aún más cómoda y completa :)

We loved this Airbnb so much that we decided to stay there again when we got back to Quito after the Galapagos! The place is super cozy and beautifully designed. Angel is a great communicator and responds to us promptly. The location is great with lots of local restaurants around. We felt safe walking around during the day. I’d highly recommend it.
