The apartment is located on the ground floor of the house,with a view to the sea.Close to the sea is 20 m .(only crosses the road) .The bakery is located at 100m from the house and the first store and post office are 300 m away. The center of the city is 1000 m from the house.The restaurant is in front of the house and the house has private parking. The city center is 10 min. walking distance from the app and the walk to the city is by the beautiful sea.

The apartment is located in the eastern part of New Vinodolski, quiet and green, about 800 m from the center and 150 m from the sea.
