The apartment is on the ground floor of a separate house of a listed farm, in a common courtyard with the owner's home. It has two double bedrooms, one with a dining area, a bathroom with a toilet, a sink, a shower. The separate kitchen has an entrance from the courtyard. It is equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle, electric double cooker with oven, toaster, kitchen utensils, tea, coffee, outdoor seating. All rooms have entrances from the courtyard. Suitable for seasonal short-term stays from May to September.

Absolute peace. You can reach the center of Prague by car in one hour, and V. Havel Airport in Prague in 40 minutes. Within an hour's drive is the beautiful West Bohemian metropolis of Pilsen (a European city of culture with a world-famous brewery and many other places). You can also reach the most beautiful Czech castle Karlštejn in one hour, and the center of the most famous spa town in Central Europe, Karlovy Vary, is within 45 minutes, where the famous film festival takes place every summer.

Na pozemku je také udržovaná stodola, kde mají zázemí děti (s houpačkami a hračkami - pod dohledem dospěláků prosím) a zahradní technika.
