Peaceful neighborhood, some noise heard from where host lives upstairs (just FYI in case this would be a factor for guests). Hospitable host with local recommendations. He informed us that the last guests had an accident with the ping pong table so that was not available but we enjoyed the pool table & hot tub. He also informed us that the pizza oven takes about 3 hrs to prep & 2 bundles of wood & is best for bulk pizza making. The master suite has a beautiful view of the backyard with water features. The o redhead fairy lights outside are a plus in the evening. Overall, a positive experience with Eric. I frequent Airbnb’s and would recommend this one.

My wife and I loved staying at this beautiful house!! The house was extremely nice, the pool was incredible, and patio was very relaxing. The house was also perfectly clean and had a great ambience and decor. We thought the hosts were great and they did an amazing job making sure we enjoyed every aspect of our trip. We would highly recommend staying there!!

It was cold one night and my kids wanted to have a swim after dark. Samantha's husband came over and turned the heat up on the pool to make sure we could have a swim and create some great memories. Samantha was extremely responsive and flexible with check-in time. Everything was clean and beautiful. They also had nice sound bars and subwoofers on both televisions to make movies on the big TVs that much better. My kids raved about how nice the house was and how much fun they were having. Our family of four had a great 4 night stay (2 adults, 1 teen, 1 pre-teen). The house was clean and well cared for and had great natural light, even in the basement. The beds were very comfortable and with 5 rooms to choose from- all with their own tvs, everyone had what they needed. There were several common areas for us to spend time together and not feel cramped. We did eat out most days, but the kitchen was well stocked and met our needs. The provided tissues, toilet paper, paper towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, garbage bags and plenty of towels were appreciated. The neighborhood was very quiet so we were able to rest when we spent time at the house in the mornings and evenings. The location was perfect for what we planned (ValleyFair- 20 minute drive; Sustainable Safari- 5 min; Mall of America- 15 min). We also enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Bonnie and Joe were very responsive to questions I asked before and during our stay. We would stay here again!

The pool was a huge hit for us! Stayed by the water for three days, nice deck area that had a covered seating area. The backyard felt very private, hardly saw or heard any neighbors. Very spacious in the house, large rooms and bathrooms. Would defiantly stay again!!

amazing, quiet home well located for any attractions. only issue was the front door and back door codes being swapped.

We had a great stay for a girls weekend. There is a great living room we could all spread out in, and huge kitchen, and a hot tub out back. All the beds were conferable and the space was clean. Kitchen is well stocked.

I would like to especially thank Airbnb and my host Mr. Peter for accommodating me when another canceled a day before my event/stay. For those who have not used Airbnb please do, they took care of everything when a host canceled on me at the last minute. A special thanks to my host Peter for all that you did. Wonderful home. I will be staying again. The event was my son graduation , he enjoyed everything.

Cozy place, the sectional couch was a huge plus. I wish I would've booked my entire Minneapolis stay here! You can hear movement due to being in a basement so it doesn't feel extremely private but still an overall great experience.

Had a great stay at Julie's, I needed a kitchen to do some meal prep and had everything I needed. Julie was very responsive and helpful when I had questions. The home is really nice and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Lower level has large living room , TV , bedroom and full bath. Upper level has large living room, kitchen w dining table and 3 bedrooms and one full bath. Large deck across the front of the house. Parking for 4 vehicles. Three mile paved walking path around the lake right out the front door. 20 minutes to airport. A great place to stay.

Mary was a wonderful host and her home was perfect, exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again!

Jeff's house was perfect for our girls trip.There was plenty of space for 5 of us to gather and also have private time space. The location is wonderful with the lake in front,we enjoyed watching all the dog walkers on the trails. The best was the free live music at the pavilion across the lake. Very relaxing place with good vibes

Thank you Mike. Your place is Beautiful. We loved how open, crisp, and inviting the dining, kitchen, and dining areas were. This is a great place for a family or small group to get together. It's in a busy area however, the way the house is hidden behind the busy streets, you would not know. Def made memories here.

Great 4-bedroom home with 2 bathrooms. 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs that is basically the entire basement with a sitting area as well. Both bathrooms are upstairs, with one inside the master bedroom. The location is on a slightly busy street/intersection, so depending on when you are leaving the house, backing out from the driveway can be challenging. But we appreciated all the “MN nice” drivers who helped us out! Good thing is there wasn’t much street noise even with it being in a slightly busy intersection. We wished the couch upstairs was a little bigger so that more of us could enjoy comfy seating while watching TV together, but overall the house was spacious for 5 of us. We really appreciated that Tim let us check in a couple of hours early so one of us could take a work call in comfort and quiet. Overall, this was a great stay and we would definitely return!

My girlfriend and I had an absolutely wonderful stay in Karla’s charming place!! The decor was perfect to complement the beauty of the home - vintage original built-in’s made the coziest stay for us that we didn’t want to leave! Would absolutely stay again!!

This home was very nice and clean. See was very quick to respond even when a breaker was tripped they responded very quick and got that fixed for us. The listing says full house but it is only the upper unit but that was ok with us because you couldn’t hear them downstairs. Overall a great experience and would recommend.

Vicki’s place was absolutely lovely. We stayed for a family wedding and could not have asked for a nicer space of more helpful host. We were 3 couples and had all we needed and more. Vicki accommodated us in several ways, from early check in to quick response to a few questions we had. We’d stay again!

Absolutely loved my stay at Dayton House! A peaceful, spotless, dreamy little spot in a beautiful walkable neighbourhood. Kyra could not have been more kind and friendly. I felt so welcome and the space was perfect - so many amenities in a wonderfully finished space. It felt tucked away and private with plenty of room and beautiful skylights to wake up to. Will definitely be booking again next time I'm visiting Saint Paul!

We loved our stay at Heidi’s place! The house was very comfy and beautiful amidst the business of St Paul. You can tell she puts a lot of effort into making the house a home!

We stayed at the Edgerton House in downtown St. Paul for its walkable access to the River Centre, where my daughter graduated from Hamline University—a major convenience. The historic home, located near Walnut St. and 7th, had great charm and nicely updated kitchen and bathrooms, stocked with essentials and private parking in the back of the units. However, it's not a peaceful location. Being near bars, restaurants, medical buildings, and parking lots, we experienced noise and people parking next to the house until late at night. The washer/dryer combo didn’t work for drying, so I had to air-dry clothes around the house. I alerted the hosts about this and hopefully it will be replaced soon! Also, the fold-out couches use cushions instead of mattresses—okay for our 17-year-old but not ideal. Overall, a good stay for downtown access, but I’d only return if I needed to be close to events like hockey games and would prefer a quieter neighborhood otherwise.

This was a great place to stay. Ritchie was very responsive and proactive, made everything wonderfully easy. It was a great cozy stay for us while we spent a week in school.
