This condo was exactly as represented, probably even more so. It was very lovely and everything was very well presented and cared for. If you’re looking to do some beach time, there are thoughtful touches such as beach towels, chairs, playmate cooler, beach bag - and a ball to toss around while you’re at the beach. The living room had a couple of cozy throws to help with the evening chill. The property was very quiet and peaceful. The bathrooms were pristine (everything was really) and the beds were comfortable.

The views and location make this condo amazing. You can hear the ocean waves from every room of you crack the windows and have an amazing ocean view from the dining area, couch, and outdoor patio. The pools are kept warm and the hot tubs hot, which we appreciated given the relatively cool April weather. The beach access is amazing, and you can take long walks in both directions. We encountered a few issues - housekeepers forgot to stock toilet paper and the dishwasher was broken because of the prior guests - but everything was dealt with quickly when I reached out to the managing company. We’ll recommend this unit to others. It was a great home base for a San Diego area vacation.

Katy was kind & informative. Although I didn't meet her in person, I felt almost like she was a friend. Her place was very clean and in a great, relaxing location. We enjoyed the stay!

This is a beautiful place with a spectacular ocean view. JB is a great host, he was very responsive and helped us out when we needed it. Highly recommend.

This is our third stay in the area so we know the area well and the market to a degree. The property was perfect for my wife and me based on location, ocean view, quality of the property, and access for my wife with mobility challenges. We did have a small issue with the gate code but the rental team was motivated to address the problem in a professional and timely manner.

We absolutely loved this house and were stunned by the incredible view from the balcony. On the day we arrived, we witnessed the most amazing sunset — a truly unforgettable welcome. It’s the perfect spot for surfers, with the ocean just steps from the door. We also enjoyed using the bikes provided in the garage to ride into Encinitas, where we had great coffee and breakfast at the charming little local shops. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and the bedroom was very comfortable — we slept really well. We’d definitely love to come back again!

Marla did a great job with her place! It was extremely clean and very well decorated. The grounds of the resort were beautiful, and the underground parking was really convenient. The pool was very clean, and if you like to play tennis or pickle ball, the courts are literally right outside of the unit. The beach chairs were also a great touch when we went to the ocean! There is also plenty of shopping and food choices very close.

Beautiful location! We thought the photos were gorgeous but the actual location and accommodations were even better!!! We rarely left because playing games, dining, and reading right next to ocean waves was hard to replace. We appreciated the high end appliances, plenty of bedding, and comfortable beds and couch. It was also helpful to do dishes and laundry with ease. Stormy was very sweet and thought of every detail!!! We’ve already booked twice more based on this stay…our new favorite place in Oceanside!

A Perfect San Diego Coastal Getaway! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Carl's beach home in the Pacific/Mission Beach area, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charming beach cottage. The decor is super cute, combining cozy beach vibes with modern comforts, making it feel like a home away from home. The location couldn't be better! Just a short stroll from the beach, we enjoyed daily walks along the shore and stunning sunsets. The nearby restaurants and shops added to the convenience, making it easy to explore the local scene. Carl was an exceptional host, providing us with all the information we needed for a smooth stay. The cottage was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. If you're looking for a perfect beach getaway, I highly recommend Carl’s beach home. We really appreciated the amazing location of John's place--right next to amazing scenery, hiking, restaurants, etc. The apartment was very simple and small but did the job.

Great location, close walk to the beach. Our family of 4 enjoyed using the boogie boards, beach chairs and bikes that were available to us. Coffee shops and breweries were close by. Warrens place was perfect for our little getaway. Would highly recommend!

My family and I loved this property, the location was looking out at the bay which made for a perfect view. The condo also was perfectly located near the boardwalk, cafes, and restaurants so we rarely had to drive anywhere. At night we enjoyed watching the fireworks from seaworld out on the porch, the evenings were quiet which was also nice since my parents are seniors. Tooraj was very communicative about property and to contact him if anything was needed but everything went smoothly and we had a wonderful family vacation I would absolutely stay here again.

It was wonderful. Diego was very resonsive. There was an issue with Faucet on the first day but Diego ensured that it was fixed on the next day. Location was amazing very close to waterfront, india st and all the happening places

You can’t beat the un obstructive view of the ocean! Beautiful, clean and spacious condo. The little dog park out back was a nice touch. Parking was super easy and helpful! Within walking distance to many places. One of the best places we’ve stayed at!

Location was perfect! It could get a little noisy with planes overhead but that died down around bed time so not a huge deal. Overall a great experience

We've just returned from a 3 week stay at this beachfront condo with many happy memories. Kirsty is an amazing host and responded to our many questions within minutes. The condo is exactly as described, bright, clean, comfortably-appointed and with elevated panoramic views of the beach. We spent many afternoons/evenings sitting on the balcony watching the waves, surfers and sunset with easy access to the massive fridge-freezer with "cold refreshments" and ice cream. The complex is well-maintained and the long-term residents take pride picking-up any litter and tidying the communal areas, in advance of the maintenance team. The main pool is heated and quiet, though there are often BBQs in the late afternoon/early evening. The condo is ideally located at the north end of Solano Beach close to the inlet with Del Mar. It's an easy walk to the shops and the Bangkok Bay restaurant, which we also highly recommend, is only one block away. We are looking at dates to return next year :-)

Such a great place to stay. Restaurants, beach, pier all within walking distance. Within the complex pools, gym, and game room. My kids especially loved feeding the koi fish in the pond. The condo was centrally located in the complex between the game room and the pool. Sitting on the balcony you can hear the waterfall and get a peek at the ocean through the trees. Will definitely stay again!

Ms.Sandy provided a very welcoming AirBnB rental to relax and decompress in. From her initial inactions, she was extremely helpful with detailed instructions and helpful suggestions. As a bonus, the HOA also offered recommendations on places locally to dine at and entertainment. It’s the combination of these two that make for an enjoyable experience. Ms. Sandy’s place is clean and features 2 smart tvs for your entertainment pleasure. Just remember to log out of your streaming service before checking out. If you need a bit of fresh air, the beach is close by, along with the harbor with eateries and entertainment. Or just walk around the compound and enjoy the various water features and koi pond. For you golfers, bring your putter and enjoy the putting green. There’s also a swimming pool and gym, however the beach is just minutes away. You can definitely put your trust in Ms. Sandy for a very enjoyable experience.

View was spectacular! Loved the decor style! It’s an older unit but still well maintained. Loved the amenities and proximity to the beach and restaurants in Oceanside. Would definitely stay here again!

This was our second time staying at James’s place. Exactly as we expected, smooth process, clean and quiet place. It is a suburban feeling neighborhood which offers the peace and quiet but a drive to the beaches. Had an amazing stay and will definitely consider renting it again for long stays.
