The guest cottage is separate, self contained and has private garden. The kitchen is fully equipped; including an oven, fridge and microwave. Wifi and Netflix is available. A beautiful contemporary studio space with views over the urban forest and a private balcony. There is a kitchenette with fridge, induction hotplate, microwave, toaster, kettle and basic utensils. The room has an ensuite bathroom with shower and comes with covered secure parking. It is situated in the trendy suburb of Parkhurst and is within walking distance of the lively 4th Avenue with numerous restaurants and cafes. It is 3km from the Rosebank Gautrain Station which links to Sandton.

Our studio is close to Rosebank, less than a five minute walk from Craighall Park shops and restaurants and a short drive to the hub of Parkhurst. Centrally located within a pretty courtyard, it is quiet and whilst attached to the main house, has its own entrance and secure parking. Guests have a private outside space with a table and chairs overlooking the flowers where they can relax and enjoy some fresh air. The studio is not suitable for children, babies or those with limited mobility.

Pete's Suite offers a centrally-located private suite in a secure area. Backup Solar Power ensures no interruption to Fibre & LTE internet connectivity. The property is strictly non-smoking. There is a separate entrance, shared driveway. Includes a bedroom, spacious lounge and kitchenette stocked with a few essentials. The bathroom has a large shower and excellent water pressure.
