Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Randsfjorden

We had a very nice stay in Rødtangen. We stayed for four weeks in the beautiful little house with a large terrace and a beautiful view of the fjord. Mette and Mike are kind people. They are easy to communicate with. Everything is well arranged. We can recommend it. Greetings, Peter and Mieke

Very lovely stay, hope to come back one day ! The house is really magical and everything was as clean and functional. The water has a bit of a taste, like some other guests noted, so we brought a few bottles with us just for drinking and it was no problem. Bente left us some delicious home-made biscuits for our arrival. It was easy to access and park. It snowed a lot, but everything was regularly plowed. Thank you for everything !

I was there for 5 weeks. The view is very nice and you have your privacy. On foot you can get to a large shopping center quite quickly, there is everything your heart desires. In general, you can get by very well on foot. I didn't test the public transport. The host is very friendly and easy to talk to. He had offered to take me on a hike, which I also enjoyed. He gave plenty of tips on what to do in the area but also tips for longer trips. All in all, a very great 5 weeks.

A really peaceful and beautiful retreat. I visited here for a restful weekend and it did not disappoint. Really quiet and private, I really enjoyed the hot tub which had lovely views of trees and the sunset in the evening. The decor was beautiful, just like the photos. Easy to check in and out. You really will need a car as it is remote which is perfect for peace and quiet. Thank you.

It was a very cozy house that contained everything that was necessary. Was nice and tidy, and just what we needed. A nice house that is nicely located. The host responded to all inquiries quickly and was accommodating.

Lovely two night stay, it was perfect size for me and the area is so nice. Perfect for a runner like me as there’s lots to explore nearby but also so easy to get into central Oslo. Would highly recommend

This accommodation is an absolute gem. The view of the fjord from the balcony alone makes it worth it, but in addition to this the apartment is extremely close to the city centre via a bus that comes regularly, it is cleaned and decorated to a pristine level and with gorgeous artwork on the walls, there is a heating system that is easy to use, as well as a powerful shower and comfortable bed. The hosts are also very friendly and responsive. If you are coming to Oslo, I recommend staying here. You’ll be looked after way better than in any hotel!

It went very well. The accommodation is nice and in a peaceful environment. Hege is very welcoming, we highly recommend.

We spent three days with our dog in the accommodation and felt very comfortable. The location was great, the view was great and it was pleasantly quiet - perfect for relaxing. The place itself was clean, cozy, and well appointed. Hikes were not far away and ideally accessible, which made the stay with a dog particularly pleasant. We would come back anytime!

Knut and Mina's apartment was clean, cozy and tidy, and corresponded to the pictures. It was perfect for two people. There were good instructions on how to find your way, and the stay in general.

The place was as described. Very lovingly and cozily furnished and the view is very nice. If you arrive by car, the accommodation is good. Communication before and during the stay was also friendly and fast. Highly recommended !

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in Lillehammer! The location is absolutely lovely – quiet, well-kept, and in a charming neighborhood. The apartment itself is tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. A special highlight is the lovingly designed outdoor area and the fantastic terrace – perfect for relaxing. Our hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming. They were always helpful, offered great tips about the area, and truly made us feel at home. A particularly lovely touch was the freshly baked bread on Sunday – such a kind and thoughtful gesture! We can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting Lillehammer and the surrounding area. You’ll feel right at home!

Really friendly communicator and the apartment was just as described- the balcony was a real asset to the property - nicely situated with gorgeous views and within easy reach of the city - easy to get and return keys and info in apartment was very useful

We had a lovely stay at Morten and Patrick’s apartment. The apartment was spotless, modern and had lots of great amenities which we really appreciated. Morten and Patrick are great host, very friendly and responsive. The location is great with an amazing view over Oslo and easy to walk or get the tram into town. Nina’s place is centrally located and very easy to get to. The apartment is clean, comfortable and has a lovely balcony with views. Nina is a super friendly host and picked us up from the train station and gave us lots of tips around the city. I highly recommend Nina’s place for people visiting Oslo.

Great stay in the Bjorvika area. Very convenient having a supermarket and wine/liquor store in the complex. Easy to walk to restaurants, museums, central station. Beds comfortable, communication excellent. Only thing I’d change is to add black out curtains.

Fantastic apartment and fantastic view. Simple and fast communication, very flexible since I needed to extend the stay by one day. Clean everywhere, lovely bedding and a luxury bathroom! A really good experience! Thank you to the host.

Torstein’s house was the perfect city home for our short trip in Oslo. It was so cute, and it was conveniently located to the T-bana. Torstein was super clear in his instructions and it made check in a breeze. There were also a ton of good restaurants nearby.
