You can feel that Jovana and the family love this place and love what they do. The outdoor area is immaculate with breathtaking views. there was plenty of space for kids to play and for adults to just chill outside. very well maintained. we also used the outdoor grill. there was plenty of sitting area outside. garden lights added plenty of charm when it gets dark. we were three adults and two kids. All three of us work remotely, so we really appreciated the thoughtful design of the house. there was enough room for focused work or meetings during the daytime while at the same time, plenty of space to have fun with kids both indoors and outdoors. we absolutely loved the attic. it's hard to describe... imagine your wildest kid dream! it has a balcony with fantastic views, it can be used as a bedroom or as party lounge with fancy lights at night or as just a place to relax and escape into quite and isolation.

We stayed at this Airbnb for one week and we had a wonderful time. In reality everything looked even nicer and the view around is just amazing. Everything we needed was there and Milan was very helpful. Really an awesome accommodation! Thank you.

Milan’s house was a great place to stay during our trip to Kopaonik. It fits easily up to 6 people! It was clean and provides everything you need. Plus our communication with Milan was perfect! Thanks for everything!

Чисто, уютно, есть вся необходимая техника для готовки. Очень понравилось! Ресепшн не отвечал часто, несколько вопросов остались без ответа. Непонятно как работает отопление на 2м этаже, иногда хотелось там сделать потеплее.

Gorgeous views of the lake from every room! Just what we wanted. Easy parking in the driveway. Clean and had everything we needed. Couldn't figure out any wifi, but we brought our own as backup. I'm used to a softer mattress and couldn't sleep on the beds, but used an air mattress I had. The rest of the family was fine. Although the lake seemed low, and there were steep steps to the dock, there was still nice swimming access in deep water. The house has a great location!

Επιλέξαμε το σπίτι λόγω του ιδιαίτερου ντιζάιν. Δεν πιστεύαμε ότι θα είναι τόσο εργονομικό και θα βολευτούμε 4 άτομα. Είμαστε όλοι κατενθουσιασμένοι . Η καλύτερη επιλογή , ο Μάρκο πολύ εξυπηρετικός απαντούσε άμεσα σε όλες τις απορίες μας. Θα το ξαναεπισκεφτούμε σίγουρα.

Boravak je bio pravo uživanje! Srba je više nego ljubazan domaćin — uvek dostupan, spreman da pomogne i pruži korisne savete u svakom trenutku. Zaista divan čovek koji čini da se osećate dobrodošlo i opušteno. Smeštaj je prelep, sa očaravajućim pogledom koji ostavlja bez daha. Ceo prostor odiše toplinom i udobnošću, savršen za opuštanje i beg od svakodnevice. Ovo nam je već drugi put da se vraćamo kod njih, i svakako ne i poslednji. Sve preporuke!

Don’t look any further for a place in Serbia—trust me, Ivana’s villa is everything the 5-star reviews say and even more. We spent an unforgettable family holiday here, surrounded by nature, breathtaking mountain views, birds singing every morning, squirrels around the trees, and magical sunsets every evening. The villa is spotless, spacious, and fully equipped—smart TVs with Netflix and YouTube in every room, fast Wi-Fi, blackout curtains, a perfectly maintained pool, sauna, and a kids’ playground. The kitchen had everything we needed, including snacks, bottled water, salt, pepper, and spices. Each room was cozy and beautifully prepared, with plenty of fresh towels and soft bathrobes. Ivana is an angel—so warm, thoughtful, and always responsive. Dusan and Marijana, who live nearby, were incredibly kind and helpful anytime we needed anything. Security is excellent with cameras and sensors. We celebrated New Year’s here and can’t wait to return. Truly heaven on earth.

The stay went smoothly, and the apartment was incredibly cozy. Everything was clean, well-organized, and felt just like home.
