La petite maisonette de Ivan est très agréable, l'espace extérieur avec ses nombreuses plantes est appréciable. C'est bien situé, proche de la plage avec des commmerces (excellent magasin de fruits et légumes) et restaurants à moins de 5 minutes de marche et possibilité de se garer sur place.

Wir waren 5 Nächte zu Gast bei Daniel in Burgas. Die Wohnung im Kellergeschoss war angenehm kühl und hatte einen tollen Innenhof! Wir durften sogar Trauben für uns pflücken. Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen im Randgebiet der Stadt- eine Auto ist also vonnöten, um gut die Umgebung zu erkunden. Liebe Grüße, Christoph und Janet

The villa was spacious and nice, there was everything that you need. It also had a pool and a fireplace. It was 5 minutes to the beach and 2 minutes to the shop. There were many shops and restaurants in the area. The host was very nice and there were no problems.

The owners were really firendly and take a good care of us in every situtation. Strong recommendation!

Fabulous place and great hosts! Ferdinand was very responsive and helpful and answered many of my random questions. The host showed great flexibility throughout our stay. Andrea was very helpful as well and gave us many local tips. She even helped us to locate my lost phone! The cottage itself is lovely, with plenty of space outdoors for kids to play and for adults to chill. The kitchen is decent-sized and well-equipped with a BBQ outside. There was always on-street parking and plenty of beaches around. The outside hot tub is a must!

Super place for relaxing trip with family or group. Only the village has not so many direct action, for more active action need taxy to Burgas or for unlimited nightlife to Sunny Beach

My husband and I loved staying here! The owners were incredibly sweet and hospitable, and the room was warm, comfortable and well outfitted. We loved the charming balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. The place has everything you need, the location is perfect, and staying here in the off season is much more enjoyable, since you have the old town to yourself, no traffic or crowds. This modern apartment is in a secure building a 5-10 minute walk from a sandy beach on the Black Sea. The large pool area is beautiful and a great place for both adults and kids. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking. The large windows have curtains for blocking the morning sun, and the balcony is perfect for morning coffee or for drying laundry. Yes! There’s a washing machine! We were there in mid October and so the beaches were empty, however, we still took advantage of the beautiful beach weather. We used this spot as a jumping-off point for exploring the sights and rich archeological history found along the coast from Varna south toward the Turkish border. Natalija, the hostess, was helpful and quick to respond to questions. I would certainly stay here again in the future.

Mega Empfehlenswert. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und die Aussicht ist wundervoll. Die Wohnung ist barrierefrei und auch für kleine Kinder gut geeignet. Zu jeder Zeit konnte Elizabet und helfen auch wenn es um medizinische oder örtliche Fragen ging. Wir kommen wieder.

Really nice place to stay and very helpful, friendly host! We enjoyed chatting with Simeon about Burgas! And the kind woman who is the caretaker was lovely to meet as well. We had a challenging time with google and Apple Maps getting to the right location. Using Google Maps real time is advised. I’m not sure why the apps are not finding the location easily, other than maybe an English translation problem within the app. Allow extra time perhaps?

All was good, the balcony nland its furniture needs a bit more cleaning but overall all was great.

We had a lovely stay in this apartment which was very well stocked with everything that we needed. The instructions to enter the apartment were very clear and easy to follow. Kiril replied very promptly to my messages. There were many local restaurants nearby and a short walk to the sea. I would highly recommend a stay in this apartment.

The flat was clean and in a quiet location. Bars and coffee shops just a few minutes walk. The flat had a good size bath tub as well as a shower. A two minute walk to the bus stop for easy access to Burgas. The buses run frequently and into the evening

Чистая, светлая квартира. Терраса - изюминка апартаментов! Здесь проводили все время. На пляже за нами были закреплены 2 шезлонга и зонт. Мы переживали за подъезд к комплексу, но дорога отремонтирована и у нас не возникло никаких трудностей. На территории тихо, почти нету людей. Ресторан и магазин не работают. За продуктами нужно ездить в город, но он недалеко и мы были готовы. Отлично провели время и обязательно вернемся еще. Могу смело рекомендовать апартаменты, вы не пожалеете! Спасибо Эдде за гостеприимство!

The apartment was just as described. It is very close to a swimming pool and a good Italian restaurant. It is just a few minutes walk to the beach. The apartment is well appointed and has pretty much everything you need for self catering. We would stay there again.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment. Everything was perfectly arranged for our comfort - from the well-equipped space to the thoughtful details that truly made an impression on us. Skvelé ubytovanie v menšom meste a len niekoľko minút od letiska, ako aj od pokojnej pláže. Ideálne miesto na pokojnú dovolenku! Ivo bol veľmi milý a rýchlo komunikoval.

Мы часто путешествуем с мужем в Бургас по работе и очень рады, что остановились у Розалии! Несмотря на отсутствие в доме лифта, нам было нетрудно подняться. Квартира просторная, со всеми удобствами. Есть все необходимое для мытья, стирки и готовки. Отдельное спасибо за большое количество чистых полотенец и постельного белья. Также было очень приятно завтракать и ужинать на террасе! Рядом с домом есть зеленая зона парковки. Очень порадовало то, что мы смогли заселиться пораньше, а также Розалия позволила нам выехать на полчаса позже, поскольку у нас было много вещей. Розалия очень быстро отвечает на сообщения. Постараемся вернуться сюда снова!

Great location - a short walk from Burgas train station. Beautiful appartment. We had a comfortortable stay.Very clean . We received a warm welcome -lovely to be met by host. Home from home with everything you need for a self-catering city break including a kitchette and washing machine. We found the firm thick deep mattress very comfortble and there was an option of extra pillows and bed cover . Being in Burgas town centre, naturally it is noisy.
