Чудесно място,чудесен и отзивчив домакин. Винаги на разположение за въпроси и много точна и ясна информация. Комплекса е чудесен ,басейните са чисти и страхотни. Страхотно място за почивка ,както за семейства с деца ,така и за двойки. Ще повторим със сигурност.

Перебування сподобалося, тихе місце, гарний басейн. Чиста та затишна квартира. Господар дуже уважний, відразу відповідав на запити. Окреме дякую за питну воду та різноманітні спеції на кухні. Дякую за гостинність!

Sve je bilo savršeno, bazen odmah čim izađete iz ulaza u kom je apartman. Blizu je i plaža, parkirali smo se uz ulaz gde je apartman. Elena je super domaćin.

Ivelina is an amazing host- caring and responsive. The location of the apartment is super close to the beach and local markets and restaurants. Volleyball nets on the beach for the sports enthusiasts and an inflatable water obstacle course super fun for the kids. We had a lovely stay. The apartment is large with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, AC, washing machine,etc, everything needed for a short or longer stay.

The flat was clean and in a quiet location. Bars and coffee shops just a few minutes walk. The flat had a good size bath tub as well as a shower. A two minute walk to the bus stop for easy access to Burgas. The buses run frequently and into the evening

Très belle chambre spacieuse et lumineuse , avec terrasse vue sur mer! Le logement se trouve en plein coeur du vieux Sozopol et tout proche de la plage. Je recommande totalement ce logement pour un séjour sur Sozopol!

We stayed at the Ravda Residence for one week as a group of 11 people, and our experience was exceptional. The co-host, Oleg, was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Anything we needed was either already available or promptly arranged by Oleg, demonstrating the hosts dedication to guest satisfaction. The house itself was spacious, clean, and modern—perfectly suited for accommodating a larger group. Although the property is typically intended for up to 10 guests, Oleg kindly arranged an additional bedroom to ensure everyone in our group was comfortable. The location was also ideal, with the beach just 100 meters away, making it easily accessible. The property offered numerous amenities, including bicycles, a sauna, and various recreational activities in the backyard. We especially appreciated the outdoor BBQ area, grill, and fireplace. Мы, к сожалению, не смогли заехать в апартаменты из-за очень холодной погоды и сильного ветра со стороны моря. Но при посещении увидели всю красоту окружающей местности и великолепнейший вид из окон квартиры. В этом году очень холодный апрель в Созополе, думаю, в другое время можно будет с огромным удовольствием остановиться здесь. Спасибо огромное Эмилю за отзывчивость и понимание! Très bon séjour passé à Sozopol. L’appartement est idéalement situé à 5 minutes de la plage. La vue mer est incroyable.

Kom sent på natten. Blev mottagen av värden fastän det var sent. Mycket trevlig och snäll. Helt perfekt. Rent och bra boende med bra AC. Perfekt säng som var mycket bekväm. 10 av 10 poäng.

A lovely rustic apartment above a pretty resturaunt in the heart of the old town. The highlight was definitely the balcony overlooking the bay with a fabulous view. Being above a resturaunt there is some mild background noise but nothing major and was always quiet in the later evenings. The island itself is mainly free of traffic and very quiet at night so you can enjoy the sounds of the waves! Also very handy for the fast ferry to Sozopol.

A lovely house with an amazing backyard. The pool was very clean and the water was warm. The villa is in a quiet location which made it perfect to work from or spend a quiet day in the pool/backyard, but taxis were easily available to get us to the nearby town whenever we needed a livelier night out. Lastly, Nezi was very warm and friendly. We're very happy with our choice to stay here and will be looking to return again.

The apartment was just as described. It is very close to a swimming pool and a good Italian restaurant. It is just a few minutes walk to the beach. The apartment is well appointed and has pretty much everything you need for self catering. We would stay there again.

Joanna's apartment is defintely the most well equipped airnnb we have ever stayed in, which makes it ideal especially if your are travelling with children. The Etara complex is very nice with beautiful gardens and tradițional bulgarian architecture. One of the pools was just în front of the apartment but we prefered going to the beach which is also very close ( a few minutes walking diatance) and beautiful. The communication was great and Joanna was very helpful with everything. Overall, we had a great stay and the accomodation was perfect for us.

C'est une petite et belle Riviera du côté de Bourgas ! L'appartement est flambant neuf, plein de style et de goût et très propre. Il a tout ce dont j'avais besoin. C'est ici que je passerai les prochaines vacances d'été. Le jardin devant la terrasse est très beau. La piscine est grande et très propre. Les draps et les serviettes sont blancs comme neige. Merci beaucoup pour votre hospitalité et votre aide!

Everything was wonderful! The apartment is small and clean. It has everything you need to relax. Great location. Close to the sea, city center, transport. The hosts are hospitable and kind.

Where to start, right from booking the apartment (5 week stay) Angie was right there to help, any questions or queries we had were answered immediately,She even arranged our return taxis. The local knowledge she shared helped us enormously. The apartment was super clean (and I'm fussy) and very comfortable with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The balcony is not overlooked a 360 view of the sea and beach, it offer's Sun and shade,with gorgeous sunrise and sunsets. Ravda has plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and shops and only a short bus ride to the waterpark and the old town of Nessebar. Should we return to Ravda we would definitely book Angie's apartment without hesitation.

Мястото е страхотно. Много чисто. Всичко е както на снимките. Със сигурност ще дойдем пак, когато пътуваме до Бургас. Има паркинг, на перфектно място е от морската градина и центъра. Най- хубавтото за нас беше, че допускат с домашни любимци.
