Nice house with great location in wonderful Mae Pim

Now there is the opportunity to rent a very nice and cozy house at Sea Breeze Recidence in the Thai village Lae Mae Pim. The house has a perfect location in the area bordering the large nice pool area where there is also a restaurant at peak season. 10 min walk to the beach. In the village there are plenty of restaurants with many fine fish restaurants. Perfect accommodation for children families or two families to share as there are 8 sleeping places. The cost of electricity consumption is paid by the tenant.

People usually come over for eating and chilling. You’ll love my place because of the location, reasonable price, 50m near the beach, my space is suitable for a group of people living together, doing activities, cooking, eating seafood, enjoying sunset. My place is good for families (with children) and big groups.

Relax with the whole family in this wonderful house. At Safir village there are two pools (with pool for children), and a restaurant. Outside the area lies the unexploited Thailand with a rich selection of restaurants, beaches and markets. The nearest beach is only 400m and the pool is at the perfect distance fom the house. The house is 132 square meters including the balcony and fully equipped with 3 bedrooms, AC in each room, kitchen, laundry machine and two bathrooms.

This 2 floor, high western standard, 6 bedrooms house is suitable for a large family with kids or 2 families together. The resort has beautiful garden with pool, padel court (half price for guests), facilities for other ball sports etc shared with only 4 other houses. House keeping included 120 meters away is a wonderful calm and endless beach with very few tourists. Several restaurants and Spas in the neighbourhood. The house is for sale.
