Thailand - for those who need peace and quiet.

The house, which is very well-equipped, is located in a smaller area with 11 houses around a pool. Adjacent to the area is a reception where you pick up keys. The rent does not include electricity consumption, it is measured on arrival and consumed electricity is paid upon departure. Electricity currently costs 7.0 Baht/kw. Bed linen and towels are available to be rented for 220 Baht/week. Please let us know when booking if you want to order this, so it will be in place in the house upon arrival. The house is smoke and pet free.

The house is located in a communal living area called Nordic Tropical Resort with gate and security guard 24 hours. Here are a lot of amenities, restaurant,big swimming pool and two small, mini golf, bocia, croquet, 100m driving range, plus plus. 5 min drive to the lowest beach and fishing village Bang Saray. Quiet and family friendly, this is no party place.
