Check in went very smoothly, and also check out – just pick up and drop off the keys to the watchman. The house was clean and nice, and we were there mostly to enjoy the pool. When I found out that the pool between 11-16 was only for residents in the area, I was a little stressed that we might not be able to swim as we intended. But it went great – no one said anything to us, and we could use the pool all four days. If you are lucky and the pool is empty, you will have a really great experience. The landlord is very available and helpful – 100% presence. You can contact her 24/7, and she always responds and tries to help the best she can.

The stay was very comfortable, and the availability of the necessary supplies was one of the factors that contributed to the comfort. The equipment is of the best possible quality. I was happy to stay there, and God willing, we will visit the place again. The house is spacious and beautiful, and everything in it is tidy and prepared.

Very new place for a great price in a great location. Will be even better when it's used a few more times as most things were still new. Will be back!

A secluded place in an area with several small houses adjacent to the city of Abha, and away from the noise, large, elegant, and close by car from the most important need centers in the city and contains a wide courtyard with outdoor sessions overlooking a deep valley, especially if you find the clouds below . The host is keen and interested in meeting all requests without hesitation or delay and embarrassing you with his literature and morals .

Kafr is a lovely neighborhood in Gouna. And unlike other properties in Kafr, this one is beautifully and recently renovated. Everything was functional and convenient. Exceptionally clean too. We spent 10 days in El Gouna and had the best time of our lives in david’s villa. We were given a very warm welcome from the very first minute, and everything went perfectly.
