In het hart van Gouda en in de eerste Fairtrade winkelstraat van Nederland vind je ons pittoreske en authentieke huisje. Van alle gemakken voorzien met een fijne (gedeelde) stadstuin. Loop het beroemde poortje uit en verken het mooie Gouda! Baartje SandersErf is de broer van Bed&Baartje en zijn naast elkaar gelegen in het hofje.

Tiny House: 'The Henhouse' in Geervliet

A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

The comfortable studio apartment is in the center of Alphen on the ground floor on the Rhine. The studio is decorated in a homey style with modern features, there is a smart TV and a well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals yourself. The bathroom has a shower toilet and washing machine. There is a nice range of lunchrooms restaurants and shops and theatre in the immediate vicinity. The bus (470)goes to Schiphol Airport and the train and bus station is an 8-minute walk away.

Hi! We are Lars and Erin and we live in beautiful Gouda. Erin is from the USA (Nebraska), and I grew up in Gouda. In 2019 we exchanged the city center for a beautiful house on the outskirts of Gouda. We chose this house because of the beautiful garden, but also because the garage gave us the opportunity to turn it into a cozy guesthouse for you to come and experience Gouda and the Netherlands! Er liggen grote badlakens en badjassen klaar. De guesthouse heeft een fijne zithoek met smart-TV met netflix Aan alles is gedacht… genieten Geen extra kosten voor de jacuzzi en sauna. Deze staat geheel tot jullie beschikking.

Our rebuild shed is a wonderful place to relax, partly due to alpacas Guus, Joop, Ted, Freek, Bloem and Saar and mini donkeys Bram and Smoky who will greet you on arrival. With Rotterdam and Gouda just around the corner, our casa is a wonderful base for a fun day out! Our casa has a living room, bathroom with shower/toilet and a sleeping loft. Please note there is no extensive cooking facilities.
