Kitnet 2 is located in the charming Residencial Alfa. In addition to being very well located, close to markets, Hospital HR, restaurant, banks and the famous Parque do Povo. The accommodation has 1 air-conditioned bedroom, 1 queen-size bed, 43" Smart TV. We provide bed and bath linens. The kitchen contains all the basic utensils needed for your stay. There is no garage available, but it is a totally quiet and safe neighborhood of Presidente Prudente.

An excellent place to rest with the family, or work from home, with its own spaces for work. The house has a swimming pool and a beautiful barbecue area. The space is extremely clean and organized. It has a TV room, a kitchen with all the utensils, and a garage for up to 2 cars.
