This lovely vacation home in Murcia (southern Spain) consists of two rooms with a covered terrace. It is ideal for peace seekers, hikers (!) and nature lovers. The comfortable casa is quiet and generously furnished. You have two showers and toilets, a large (living) kitchen, living room with air conditioning, bedroom with air conditioning and shaded terrace with lounge sofa. You share the new outdoor pool with terrace with other guests! Cartagena is within cycling distance, as is the beach of El Portús.

Somos una familia alegre y hospitalaria y nos encanta abrir las puertas de nuestro hogar a personas de todo el mundo. Hace unos años reformamos esta hermosa casa de 1930 en el casco histórico de Vélez Rubio. Tu espacio estará en la segunda planta, en un apartamento con mucha luz al que se accede desde dentro de nuestra casa, con dos habitaciones amplias, cocina, baño y terraza. En total, más de 60m² para tu tranquilidad y privacidad. Si venís con 2 o 3 niños podemos ajustar el precio.

Casita - Casa la Rambla (little house)

Casita on the edge of the swimming pool of Casa la Rambla. You wake up every morning with a beautiful view of the mountains around you, peace and space, slow travel at its best in the Spanish countryside. You share the swimming pool with other guests of Casa la Rambla. The casita has a private garden, and if you feel like socializing, you can join the communal bar. Cooking can be done in your own kitchen, but cooking outside in the shared outdoor kitchen is of course much more fun!

Casita Está Aquí is perfect for those who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday, away from the hustle and bustle. This single-storey holiday home has three bedrooms and is located in a quiet area. The decor is cheerful and summery and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. And of course it is wonderful to stay in or by the private (heated) swimming pool under the fly-free canopy. The Casita is located on the private property of our house, but with total privacy if desired.

The Casita offers self catering, cosy and private space. An ideal base while exploring all that the area has to offer. Santa Maria Loz Velez is a stunning national park for walkers and cyclists, which is on our doorstep. Vélez-Blanco and Velez Rubio both offer a great range of restaurants and bars along with fantastic architecture and places to see. With easy access to the A91/92, within 90 mins you can be in Almeria, Granada or Murcia. The beautiful coast is an hour away.

The accommodation is located on the ground floor and has a very large and comfortable patio for sunbathing and barbecue. The communal pool is very large and clean. The house has all the necessary equipment for seasonal use. The house has a washing machine, microwave, oven, air conditioning, heated towel rail, etc. The bus stop is 100 meters away. 4 km to the sea. The closest beaches are Acequion and Naufragos.
