Sandhornøy has a rich wildlife and just outside the lake house you can experience moose, deer, hares, otters, eagles and grouse. In the summer, Finnvikhaugen is the perfect place to experience the midnight sun and in winter you can experience the aurora borealis. There are great hiking trails and opportunities for mountain climbing nearby.

Idyllic Storvik is a small village on the far side of the Nordland coast in the middle between Saltstraumen and Svartisen. The surroundings are sea, mountains, sandy beach and fishing waters. Here you can stay in the old village school that we in the family have transformed into a modern apartment. There are several marked hiking trails in the area. They range from very easy, to more advanced trips for real "mountain goats". If you prefer to relax on the beach and enjoy nature from a distance, it is perfectly possible from the 1.5 km long sandy beach.

Located close to the lake, with stunning views of the fjord, with midnight sun and northern lights, and a 5-minute walk to all the sights on site. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, living room and kitchen. There is also a terrace with outdoor furniture and very good lake views. The host lives in the house next door. Historic Kjerringøy is only a 50-minute drive from Bodø. Welcome!

If the weather is bad, you have panoramic views of the natural elements from the inside.

Recharge your batteries at this unique and tranquil place to stay. Brand new made annex that is all up to today's standard. There is both a stove, hob, fridge, TV as well as a sofa bed. Brand new bathroom with toilet and shower. Unfortunately no public transport available but is free parking space. Here, you'll find everything you need, from bedding to towels. Just walk right in, relax, and enjoy yourself ☺️ There's also a campfire pan that you can enjoy using. ☺️ If you are lucky, you can get a glimpse of the northern lights :)

At Stia you can stay in scenic and quiet surroundings overlooking fjords and mountains. Here you can enjoy silence under the starry sky and northern lights, or simply have lazy days on the beach "Stia" which is located just below the cabin. You can also enjoy the hot tub in summer and winter. If you want speed and excitement, there are many possibilities: Alpine slope in Glomfjord, glacier hiking on Svartisen, skiing in Meløyalpene, island hopping along the Helgeland coast and more. Hiking trail to Keiservarden starts nearby. Svartvannet and Vollvannet are in the immediate vicinity – perfect for both swimming and quiet rest stops. Short distance to Wood Hotel, which offers a café, restaurant and spa. Here you can relax to the sound of crackling from the fire pit, while enjoying the silence and the lovely view.

The barn in Midnattssolveien

This is a newly restored barn completed in the summer of 2023. We have taken care of as much as possible of the old, and combined it with the new. This makes the barn a completely unique place, with a soul. 1st floor consists of hallway, bathroom with toilet and shower, hobby room, two bedrooms. The 2nd floor consists of an open solution, where part is the "main hall" with a fireplace, a well equipped kitchen, and a cosy sofa section. All rooms are well equipped.

Neverdal is located in Meløy, between Bodø and Mo i Rana. Here you can experience the Svartisen glacier, two national parks, mountains for both winter and summer use and a fantastic archipelago with several inhabited islands. The apartment is located 9 km from the municipal center Ørnes, and it is 11 km to the industrial site Glomfjord. We offer a patio with a fire pit and a large garden to frolic in.
