This is a cozy little accommodation with a Spanish type style. Perfect for a romantic getaway or just someone visiting on their own to see the island. It is a safe neighborhood that is central but very quiet. For larger parties there is also a studio apartment on the property that can be rented increasing the total occupancy potential to 5 persons. Dawn's cottage was an absolute hidden gem. The place was beautiful, thoughtfully decorated and very peaceful and relaxing. Just what I needed; I really enjoyed my morning cup of coffee listening to the water from her amazing koi pond. Everything about it was excellent and Dawn was a great host, checking to make sure I had everything I needed.

I stayed at Shona’s property for two weeks. The property was just as described—comfortable and very well located. The gated community is safe and pleasant. Shona was very responsive, always quick to reply to messages and ready to help with any issues that came up. I truly appreciated her reliability and hospitality.

This is a cozy apartment in a quiet residential neighborhood on a little hill. It's a 10-15 minute walk from the beach, grocery/convenience stores, and public transportation. The place was clean and comfortable and we loved our stay. Jocelyn is a fantastic host. She provided turn by turn directions to the apartment and was helpful with the taxi. She's very responsive and answered our questions quickly and clearly. As we arrived on Easter Sunday and everything was closed, she was very kind and brought us some snacks. We would highly recommend her and the apartment.

Beautiful studio apartment in Bushy Park, Rockley.

Fiona was an amazing host. She thought of everything, from the first day to the last day. We really appreciated the fact that she left milk, bread, tea coffee etc. for us. The place was well laid out and perfectly sized for the two of us. It was clean and tidy with plenty of utensils, towels etc. She was also very responsive, not just leading up to the check-in but also during our stay which we particularly appreciated when the water stopped working one morning. When we advised Fiona the water wasn’t working, she immediately called Barbados Water Authority (BWA) and found out what the problem was due - an issue with the main line. This was outside of her control of course but her timely response made all the difference. This was also in a great location that was safe, walkable with well maintained grounds. We would highly recommend Fiona’s place, and Fiona to anyone. Thanks Fiona for having us!

Rockley Golf Resort (Friendship) Studio Apartment

We had a wonderful stay at Emma and Roger’s place. They were super helpful with any questions and the place had lots of little thoughtful touches such as a welcome basket with some starters like coffee and tea and milk etc. Nice cool breeze runs through the unit in the evenings and the balcony space was great for breakfasts and evenings outside. Overlooks the first tee on the golf course. 12 min walk to Massey grocery store and 15 mins to the beach. The RC on the Green restaurant is also handy and quite good. All in all a lovely and clean little studio apartment and we hope to be back one day!

I've stayed at Jose’s place three times now, and each stay has been perfect. The home is spacious, full of light, and has a relaxed, airy feel—it truly feels like my home away from home in Barbados. The neighborhood is peaceful and secure, which adds to the comfort. The location is ideal: walking distance to the supermarket, Worthing Square, beaches, public transport, and even the local nightlife. Jose is an outstanding host—always friendly, responsive, and ready to help with anything that could make your stay more comfortable. He’s never more than a message away and always happy to share local tips. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in BIM. Highly recommended!
