We had an amazing time at Alison’s beautiful cottage. It felt so cozy and welcoming, with everything as described. We loved the private setting with no one around us. It was the perfect week to enjoy the waters, kayaking and floating around in the lake. Definite bonus that the cottage is pet friendly as we always love to include our fur babies when travelling. The place was super clean and comfortable. Alison was amazing in her communications and replied right away to any questions or inquiries. She even brought over a hose for us when we asked. Thank you so much for having us and we look forward to coming back to Closs Crossing next year! Highly recommend!!

What a fantastic place! We stayed at Cameron lake for our annual girls trip. We love playing games and this place was right up our alley. All the details in this cottage made our stay effortless. We got hit by a very severe storm and lost power but the generator kicked right on in a matter of seconds. Great place!

This was our second stay at Kim and Scott's and we loved it again. Very private and peaceful cottage, right on the water. We brought out paddleboards and paddled the entire lake. Super cute place for two people.

We had such a great stay at this place! Super calm, peaceful, and surrounded by trees with an awesome view of the lake. Mornings were especially lovely, with the harmony of birdsong adding to the relaxing atmosphere. The sauna and hot tub were a big bonus and really added to the relaxation vibe. It’s in a beautiful green area, away from the noise of city life, but still just about 20 minutes from stores and local spots. We also loved the little extras like kayak, projector, and all the games and board games definitely made our family time even more fun. The team was super responsive and helpful, answering all our questions quickly. My family and I really enjoyed our time here, thank you for everything Breathe Vacation Rentals!

We loved it! The cottage is located in a private area on the lake, well-decorated, and has 4 levels making it very spacious. The hottub and sauna were awesome - perfect for our winter stay. We liked the couch in the downstairs living room as it was big and comfortable, and we appreciated the Roku for easy streaming. We had no issues driving to the cottage even after heavy snowfall - the private road and driveway were cleared. Walkways, stairs and decks were also cleared. Plenty of room outside for walks with a dog and other activities. We would highly recommend Siobhan’s cottage!

Prunella No.4 A-frame cabin is a gem. Nancy and Catherine are amazing hosts - they provided everything we needed to feel at home. They even had all the amenities for our pup, including a dog bed and bowls, which was a thoughtful touch. Their attention to detail, from the property, to the decor and lights inside and outside the cabin, the dock and everything at the lake, was perfect and made our stay a 5 star experience. We loved exploring the trails and taking the kayak and paddleboard out. We look forward to going back already.

This place is absolutely fantastic and I will be renting again! There is no AC but the amount of fans cleared out the air wonderfully. The space exceeded everyone's expectations 10/10.

Great place to stay, the cabin is cozy and clean, we can still smell the pine wood that is the building material of the cabin. We came on the thanksgiving long weekend, this year it was very cold, fortunately we brought our winter jackets and sleeping bags. The host is very nice, you can ask for more comforts if you don’t have your own, otherwise it is too cold to sleep. We didn’t bring drinking water, but a general store is 3 minutes driving away. The fall scene was spectacular, the lake is peaceful, the host and her son were friendly and responsive. We may come again in summer when it is warmer.

Easy no contact needed entry. The host was quick to respond to any questions. Good use was made of the space so you had everything you needed but could still move around. The kitchen is very well stocked with extras as well as necessities for cooking. A top notch shower head that wasn't to low (I'm 6 feet tall), and towels provided. Outside had a fire pit and firewood provided.

This place exceeded all our expectations. The host is phenomenal. His responses were always fast, extremely friendly and understanding. He was very accommodating with our date changes (due to a military move) and made our process super easy. The place is stunning. Even better than the pictures. It’s open, spacious, with lots of modern, high end touches. I have already been recommending this place to all my friends. It’s a must stay- in the winter or summer. Ali's place was a great get away for couples! Very peaceful location, plenty to do at the cottage and nearby locations. Do keep in mind though there is no wifi and cell reception is weak, though they do provide a signal booster when needed. Highly recommended!

We didn’t get to stay long at Maribeth’s place as we were there for just a few hours each night but it was cozy and had everything we needed to prepare meals. Would’ve liked to actually enjoy the outdoor deck and the beautiful surroundings, hopefully there will be another time.

Very beautiful property. The indoor and outdoor lighting was very nice. Screened in patio was a great touch, especially considering the bugs in the backwoods. Has everything you could need! Would book again.

Spent a night with some buddies and had a great time. The place was very clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. We loved the open concept too - the loft bedroom was really cool. Would highly recommend!

Just spent Thanksgiving weekend at Kimberly’s beautiful, cozy cabin. Perfect for the 4 of us. Very lovely quiet setting. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time there and hope to revisit again. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts. Tom and Jeanne’s calm and friendly demeanor made us feel completely at home. Their property is a dream to explore—we would have moved right in if we could! The Airbnb is beautifully built; Tom is truly a master craftsman. The cabin is filled with stunning rustic décor, and you can’t help but dive into the documents they’ve left behind, which bring the place to life with its rich and beautiful history. We'll be sure to visit again soon! 100+STARS!

This was an incredible place to stay. Everything in the description was bang on, plus more. We were at a workshop at the Cordwood and the location was a perfect distance away. Our hosts were incredibly kind, even drying a sweater that fell in the ground outside the cabin. We would recommend this place to anyone!!!!!

This is a wonderful and cozy cabin experience for a group of 4. The place has a lovely history and is preserved that way with attention to aesthetics that take you back in time. Debbi is a warm host and although we didn’t get to meet in person she was quick to respond and provided all the necessary details during our stay. Good parking space, private location and beautiful nursery and nature around the property. Highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the Algonquin provincial park during the fall season.
