Located in Escarpas do lago, this house offers a large leisure area overlooking the local dam, a swimming pool with a waterfall and infinity edge, shower, sun loungers and an outdoor table. The space connects to a full barbecue area, with a sink, beer maker, extensive wooden table and washbasin. The open concept kitchen and TV room are integrated into the leisure area. Also on the same floor, there is a pantry and laundry area (with a washing machine), a bathroom and a spacious en-suite. On the second floor, there are four other large en-suites. All rooms are equipped with air-conditioning. The second floor also has a free room, where the four single mattresses available in the house can be arranged, if necessary. In the background, there is a green area. Covered garage and Wi-Fi complete the amenities found on the premises. Gather family and friends and come and experience incredible days in this house that we affectionately call the “yellow submarine” because of its yellow-tiled pool.
