Casa Azul at the Avaré Dam - with service!

Located in a gated community, with a 24-hour concierge and security patrol on the banks of the Jurumirim Dam. The project is by Gilda Meirelles Arq. With 6500 m² of land and 470 m² of built area, it has a service, heated pool, tennis court, trampoline, playground, kayak, stand up paddleboard and barbecue grill. There are 3 en-suites and 2 bedrooms in the main house and 1 en-suite and 2 bedrooms in the attached guest house. It has A/C in all bedrooms and the main living room.
