There are 8,000 m2 of land, a house with a complete barbecue, a living room with a Smart TV, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 10MB Wi-Fi signal, an orchard with fruit trees, a large lawn, a private pier, and a boat ramp. We left 2 kayaks with life jackets to navigate the clean waters of the dam. Reception by the caretaker on site. Ideal for families, groups of friends and couples. A true paradise in São Paulo!

The house is very spacious and comfortably accommodates the whole family. Swimming pool, soccer field, volleyball, pool table, foosball, ping-pong, kayaks, trampoline, slide and board games guarantee family fun. The leisure area next to the house, with a barbecue, brings together family and friends. Natural ventilation with fresh air coming from the dam, fans and fireplace make the atmosphere delightful in any weather. And if you need a home office, the house has wi-fi and an office table.
