The Host Team (Rafael and Bruna) acted in an exemplary way, always attentive, requested, friendly, explained how to turn on the sauna, hydro and other equipment of the house. We feel welcome. The rural area conducive to rest, the vision of the small church is something inexplicable. In the middle of this rural warmth, Roge built a house that is a pearl of modern architecture, semi open style, where it is possible to enjoy decorative screens of Pablo Picasso, Tarsila do Amaral and other pieces ranging from Baroque, Bali, Africa and Modernos, all set, so different but so harmonic, demonstrating a sophisticated and improved taste. You don't even want to leave the house.

A very beautiful and pleasant place. The place has a very good energy, excellent for couples who want tranquility, peace and contact with nature. The host was very helpful. The only constructive criticism is the cleanliness of the place, especially on the deck above the cabin, but nothing that makes the experience bad. But just enjoy and relax.

House is in a well located place, a little far from the center, in a quieter area, but close to supermarkets and other shops. 20 min from downtown Penedo Condominium with a very good structure. Great for spending a season with friends and family.

Loved it!!! I spent the New Year's Eve with my family at Mr. Aquiles' house, with Mrs. Anita taking care of us …I didn't want to leave anymore! It was wonderful! I ate food made on the wood stove and kale that was harvested in the yard! That's priceless! Loved it all. Spacious house, towels and linens on a whim….Better than in my house! 😊 The bathroom shower with hot water…highly recommend! And on top of that, a mountain look, of stunning nature! This site is spotless! Have been great days with my family in the “Serra” and I plan to return soon! It is a place with a lot of privacy, breathtaking view, possibility of numerous activities, and a river of crystal clear water passing through the property…it really is a wonderful place!! In addition, it has amazing homemakers (longing for the cakes of Eliane!) and always very helpful owner.

Perfect for those looking to isolate themselves a little for a few days of peace. Beautiful surroundings, mesmerizing views, the house is very beautiful and with great taste decoration. The only points of attention are: the road can be a little challenging especially if it is raining, and it could also have more diversity in kitchen items (dishes, glasses, etc.). But overall, it's an amazing experience that was well worth the trip and cost, I would certainly come back and recommend it.

The house has a beautiful view and is super comfortable! The sheets and towels were clean and fragrant, and there was also plenty of blankets available because it was very cold and we did not suffer from it. The balcony area is wonderful, and the place is super quiet and peaceful. The Claro signal there is very bad and as the house does not have wifi, it is important to just pay attention to that. But the whole experience was great!!

Our stay was great! Rony is a very requested person, gave us all the tips of the region and solved the small setbacks quickly! The house is very well located, has a natural swimming pool nearby, we made mts things on foot! The house is comfortable and functional!

We've stayed at Genésio's house a few times. We love! The house has total privacy, the region of Vale da Prata is so beautiful!! The terrain is amazing with beautiful waterfalls. We used a lot of the wood-burning stove of the little house.. we were with a baby and a dog and we were super well accommodated. Place to rest up and see the fireflies at dusk!! Genesio and Roseli are pure kindness!

I was staying for 2 months at the house rented by Gustavo. He is an excellent host, gives all the site tips, is flexible and very kind. The house is perfect, has everything we need, it is located in an area with a lot of vegetation, very close to a little river with waterfalls and conveys a lot of peace. I only have compliments to Gustavo and the stay I had! I intend to come back more often! Deixo here my strong recommendation.

Excellent stay. Perfect. Tadeu extremely helpful. The cottage we stay in is perfect... impeccable. clean spacious. Near the village of Maringá... the noise of the river to sleep is perfect. We'll be back for sure and recommend without the slightest doubt

We had a great stay, the house is pure cosiness, surrounded by nature with all the necessary infrastructure for large groups. The creek on the property is divided, as is the sauna and swimming pool. The communication for the arrival was not so simple due to signal failure, and one of the rooms smelled of mold. Everything else was perfect, I recommend!

Despite the setbacks to get there, because it is difficult to locate, the house is spacious, despite having only one double bed, great for connecting with nature and resting. We'll be back for sure.

The chalet is on a quiet street, very close to the waterfalls and Itatiaia National Park, it is a little far from the Center of Maromba, but you can walk there quietly, it is a dirt road with ups and downs, you can go by car too. The cottage is very comfortable, I felt right at home. The hostess Clara is very kind and helpful, she always had a hot cup of coffee to offer us. On a cold night she offered us a pumpkin broth that was delicious, it was comforting, I will never forget it. I highly recommend it and will return more often.

The house accommodated well the 16 people in my family and is right next to the Alcantilado Valley. It has Mineiro's restaurant and a tend that meets the immediate needs well. We were with a child and the whole family liked

very awesome place! the house is beautiful, and amazingly clean. it is so peaceful and close to nature. the perfect place to meditate and unwind! the swimming pool is private and the water is very clean. the river is very relaxing. the neighborhood can be dangerous. you really need to stick to the big, main roads. do not drive through the neighborhoods or small streets. our uber got shot at and bullets went through the window. nobody was hit but it was scary! be safe!

It was good, the location is cool! It had everything that was informed in the announcement, available. It could only be clear the fact that it was on the fourth floor and had enough stairs to climb, this was a “difficulty” for us with a 2-year-old and my mother at 55 years old, with a spine problem. The living room is not large, the sofa is very old and there are 2 people sitting, we find it uncomfortable for a house that is rented for 6 people to stay. So who wants to "like" the house is not an advantage. The kitchen is minuscula, you can only use one person at a time, which made it difficult to make our meals there. We leave the recommendation to those who really want to go to sleep, take a bath and actually enjoy the trip away from home.

Our stay at the house was excellent , Mr. Marco a caring , kind and understanding person has always kept us at ease with some valid instructions and we make the most of it we can . The house is what really is in the photo a comfortable and large house. since already thank you very much Mr. Marco !

Great stay in the chalet of Carlos. Attentive and easy-to communicate host and always quickly answered any questions we had. This was the third time that my family and I stayed in the condominium and Carlos's chalet was the best of all we have ever rented. We will definitely return.
