How to build an itinerary that stands out
Guests want to know what they’ll do during an experience before they book it. Your itinerary is a short agenda that helps guests decide if the experience is a good fit.
Setting expectations
The ideal itinerary walks guests through the experience from start to finish with a list of specific activities. The first activity should include introductions and help guests feel welcome. The last one should be a grand finale. Keep your itinerary as clear and concise as possible.
Adding activities
You must add at least one activity, and we suggest starting with three.
Each activity is made of the following items.
- Title: Explain the activity in 2 to 4 words. Always start with a verb.
- Description: Expand on the title in a sentence. Tell guests what they can expect to do at this point of the experience.
- Photo: Choose a simple, high-quality image that matches your description. Focus on one detail or person, with a plain background.
- Duration: Select how many minutes you plan to spend doing this activity.
If guests will take home a souvenir, gift or other memento, describe it as part of your final activity. You can edit or reorder the activities as needed.
All hosts, photos and listing details must meet the standards and requirements for Airbnb Experiences.
